Grass roots outlets are the most basic units and channels of business operation and marketing in the bank’s internal organization system,carrying a number of missions and functions.The development objectives of the bank need to be realized by grass-roots outlets.The management optimization,efficiency optimization and resource optimization of outlets are also important means for positive feedback of banking business development planning and profit purpose.However,the changes facing China’s banking industry are bringing severe challenges to the business environment of commercial banks.The specific manifestations are as follows: first,the overall economic growth rate has declined,resulting in a downward trend in the profit growth of the banking industry;Second,the interest margin between deposits and loans has been compressed,and the overall competition in the industry is becoming increasingly fierce;Third,while encouraging enterprises to innovate financing methods,regulators also make financial disintermediation continue to reduce bank interest margin,resulting in the narrowing of the market share of banks’ traditional business;Fourth,the emerging Internet financial services brought about by scientific and technological progress have brought a strong impact on the traditional banking service habits.Under the changing circumstances,only banks that truly have core competitiveness and can achieve long-term sustainable profits under the strict supervision of homogeneous competition can survive and develop in the challenge.The bank’s grass-roots business outlets are not only the customer relationship interaction center,complex product recommendation center and income realization center of bank services,but also the offline functional center to implement the regulatory intention.The improvement of team effectiveness of grass-roots outlets is directly related to the achievement of the bank’s business objectives.Therefore,all banks are exploring ways to improve the business performance of grass-roots outlets.Firstly,this paper defines the core concepts involved in the research,combs the research results of bank performance at home and abroad,takes 26 grassroots outlets of bank x branch of bank a in China as the research object,takes the operating performance of outlets as the research theme,and compares the operating status of bank x branch of bank a among peer competitive banks by using the methods of case analysis and investigation and interview,On the other hand,this paper analyzes the function of 26 outlets in X branch of bank a,and takes this as an opportunity to evaluate and rate the business performance of 26 outlets by using the traditional performance evaluation system of X branch of bank A.based on the evaluation results,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the performance of each network of X branch of Bank A and the deep-seated causes of the problems.Finally,according to the research conclusions,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the performance evaluation Strengthen customer base,innovate products and services,optimize resource allocation,promote network linkage,improve brand image and other relevant countermeasures and suggestions,in order to promote the performance improvement of grassroots outlets of bank a branch X.
