Study On Industrial Injury Insurance Of Migrant Workers In Construction Industry

With the rapid development of urbanization,a large number of farmers out of rural labor,to join the team in urban construction,but because of their accounts and their own capacity constraints,can only engage in urban residents do not want to engage in dirty work.Construction is a labor-intensive industry,resulting in the construction industry has a lot of labor gap,but the construction industry is also a high physical labor,high-risk industries,the possibility of work injury is greater than other industries.The wage income of migrant workers is the main source of income for rural disposable income.Most migrant workers are the main labor force and economic pillar of rural households.The income of family migrant workers is the most important care and support source for the whole family.Suffering from work injury,income disruption,it will make the whole family into trouble.It is not only an important factor to maintain the sustainable development of stable economy,but also become a political task to consolidate the foundation of the government and build a harmonious society.Therefore,the problem of migrant workers' work injury insurance has become an important public concern for the government.problem.In this paper,through the questionnaire survey of migrant workers in several construction sites in L City,the questionnaire is analyzed and summarized,and the problems in the operation of the industrial injury insurance system of migrant workers in L City are summarized.There are mainly labor contract signed in the construction industry Low rate of work injury procedures,work injury prevention mechanism is not perfect and so on.Through the analysis,from the government,law,enterprises and other aspects of the cause of the problem,the relevant laws and regulations of work injury prevention is imperfect,lack of government functions,construction industry is not standardized.In order to solve the above problems,improve the construction workers' industrial injury insurance system,the countermeasures are as follows: to improve the current construction industry employment system,to simplify the work injury compensation procedure,to improve the management level of the industrial injury insurance management department,to improve the relevant legislation,Rescue fund,strengthen the rehabilitation status of industrial injury,enterprises to strengthen management.This paper puts forward the above suggestions by investigating and analyzing the situation of industrial injury insurance of migrant workers in L City,hoping to have some practical significance for the improvement of industrial injury insurance system for migrant workers in China.
