Study Of Financing Countermeasure On Exploitation Of Minority Tourist Resources

Tourism in ethnic areas has developed rapidly,and it has made some achievements.However,due to various factors,financing is still an important problem in the development of tourism resources.The traditional way of financing has been difficult to meet the needs of the development of tourism resources in ethnic areas.How to break through the bottleneck of financing has become an urgent task in the development of tourism resources in ethnic areas.In this context,national policy support,role adjustment of local government,diversification of financing channels and innovation of financing methods are becoming more and more significant.Based on the literature review,this paper summarizes the research achievements and development of tourism resources financing in ethnic areas.At the same time,the paper elaborate the relevant concepts,relevant theories and the evaluation index system of the selection and evaluation of the tourism resources development in ethnic areas;This paper also analyzes the characteristics of tourism resources in ethnic areas,the background of tourism development in ethnic minority areas and the relevant tourism policies.Based on this,the paper summarizes the current macro environment of tourism development in ethnic minority areas.No matter the rapid development of the Chinese tourism industry,the national policy or the national tourism policy,they are good for the development of tourism resources in ethnic areas.They create excellent conditions for the tourism development of ethnic areas.furthermore,the tourism resources in the ethnic areas are rich and unique,which have great development value,and meets the needs of diversified tourism.Based on this,the paper discusses the evolution of the development of tourism resources in ethnic areas,the problems,causes and solutions.At present,the financing situation of the tourism resources development in ethnic minority areas is as follows: large financing demand,high financing cost,information asymmetry,not perfect financial market and insufficient innovation financing mode.In this regard,it is suggested that the problem should be solved by appropriate intervention of the government,diversified financing channels,market-oriented financing methods,and innovative financing methods.Finally,this paper takes the current financing projects of Hexigten Banner in Inner Mongolia as the case study,and advises to make targeted financing solutions according to the different characteristics of the project and the different needs of the funds.At last,it concludes that,on the basis of the financing strategies of tourism resources development in the ethnic areas mentioned above,different suitable financing model should be taken fordifferent tourism resources development projects.
