The study of smart tourism in ethnic regions is based on the study of Wuzhishan city.Wuzhishan city has a unique Ethnic culture and a better ecological environment,the development of smart tourism can promote the transformation and upgrading of the tourism industry in Wuzhishan city,and promote the economic development of the local ethnic groups.The thesis adopts the method of literature research,field investigation and case analysis to study the current basic conditions,problems,environment and ways of the development of Wuzhishan city smart tourism.Firstly,in the introduction,the general studies on smart tourism at home and abroad,and studies on smart tourism in ethnic areas are classified,The characteristics of smart tourism are summarized.It is concluded that intelligent tourism has the characteristics of intelligence,interaction,sharing and territoriality.The technological foundations of smart tourism include Internet,Internet of Things,cloud computing and big data,virtual reality,and augmented reality.The general paths to develop smart tourism in ethnic areas include management wisdom,marketing wisdom,service wisdom and experience wisdom.In order to verify the paths above,the fourth chapter analyses the current basic conditions and problems of the development of smart tourism in Wuzhishan city.Through sorting out the related data of the Wuzhishan city from 2010 to 2017,the author finds that Wuzhishan cities have the economic foundation,the informational foundation,the better tourism industry,the unique Li and Miao culture,and better ecological environment resources,but it still faces the problems of imperfect tourism planning,lack of intelligent marketing,lack of brand of characteristic tourism products,low user experience satisfaction and lack of technical support.The fifth chapter analyzes the development environment of Wuzhishan Smart Tourism.By using PEST and SWOT analysis methods,it is found that adopting SO strategy would be suitable for the development of Wuzhishan Smart Tourism.The sixth chapter uses a questionnaire of 27 questions in 3 categories,combining with the non-structural interviews,having carried out carry out a field investigation.The study finds that the way tourists travel to Wuzhishan has changed a lot.91.8 % of the tourists choose to travel independently;The demand for smart tourism is high,and 61.2 % of the tourists have access to the Internet in both mobile phones and networks;95.3 % of tourist mobile phone networks are 4G;89 % of people use the Internet to obtain travel information;86 % of people have their fixed APPs touse,of which 54 % consistently pay attention to the certain information;67.10 % of people use online Ctrip Network for tourism consultation;53 % of people use travel websites to find travel routes.Tourists have great expectations for the ethnic cultural tourism experience in Wuzhishan City,but the survey found that the actual experience satisfaction needs to be improved.Wuzhishan tourists' overall mark of satisfaction with Wuzhishan's smart tourism is79.8 points.The overall mark is 15.2 points lower than the very satisfactory standard of 95 points,and it needs to be improved.Among them,Wuzhishan tourists' mark of satisfaction with Wuzhishan ethnic dwellings or buildings was 82 points,followed by 81.2 points for ethnic costumes,80.6 points for ethnic cultural symbols and decorations,79.8 points for ethnic cultural atmosphere,and 79.7 points for ethnic traditional cultural entertainment activities.78.4 points for ethnic tourism products.The lowest score is 77 points for ethnic characteristics.The seventh chapter puts forward ways to develop the smart tourism of Wuzhishan city,including: perfecting the strategies to develop the smart tourism of Wuzhishan city;promoting intelligent management,mainly including the tourist intelligent management,the intelligent management of tourism enterprises,the tourism resources and the environmental intelligent management,and the intelligent management of the government and the stakeholders and various departments,large online marketing and consolidation of offline marketing;service intelligence mainly includes enhancing large data intelligence tourism services and sharing public service facilities.Experience intelligence mainly includes improving the experience of obtaining tourism information,improving the experience of purchasing tourism products,improving the experience of tourist travel review,establishing virtual reality and strengthening the present.real experience.
