Study On The Influence Of The Belt And Road Countries' Trade Facilitation To Chinese Export

The globalization of trade is the theme of the world trade.With the long years' international trade negotiations and the more opening international trade policy,the world tariff had a larger decline and the world trade development trend to be further liberalization.A substantial reduction of tariffs that also increased trade competition among the world.For strengthening regional cooperation and expanding the channels of the trade,in 2013,China proposed "The Belt and Road" initiative."The Belt and Road" initiative brings new ideas for the central and Eastern European countries to explore the potential of trade and improve the regional trade and economic cooperation.Trade facilitation as foreign trade relations with the hidden costs,the development of foreign trade,by domestic and foreign scholars in recent years,this paper mainly discusses the influence of the level of trade facilitation The Belt and Road along the country to China to the regional export trade.This paper first makes a literature review related to trade facilitation,summarizing empirical research of domestic and foreign trade facilitation.Secondly,starting from the China situation,comprehensive assessment of the level of trade facilitation China.Thirdly,this paper uses the theoretical basis of Wilson(2003),from four aspects,the electronic port efficiency business and technology,customs and environment regulations system environment quantitative the level of trade facilitation The Belt and Road along the country.In order to avoid the problem of multicollinearity two indicators,we use principal component analysis of two indicators of trade facilitation together the four level indicators and calculated the corresponding level of index weights,so that the actual numerical evaluation of trade facilitation.From the time,we use the extended gravity model,from an empirical point of view of trade facilitation Effect of export to The Belt and Road national trade.At the same time we use the gravity model of port efficiency,electronic commerce and finance,customs and environmental laws and regulations environment.According to the analysis of comprehensive factors,we can get the regression results for Chinese the regional export trade and may provide some China policy recommendations.
