Study On The Precision Poverty Alleviation In Heilongjiang Province Under The New Economic Norm

Precise poverty alleviation is a key stage in building a well-off society in an all-round way,the country to promote a new round of poverty alleviation and build a new pattern of government,market,social cooperation to promote poverty alleviation and development of a new pattern of innovation.In the context of the economic new normal,precision poverty is a need to work with the times,but also need to continue to explore and innovate the work.Is based on the precise poverty of poor villages and poor households in accurate identification,precise helping,precise and accurate assessment of the management,and actively guide the various types of poverty alleviation and optimize the allocation of resources,to absorb the precise poverty alleviation to the village households to the people,to establish the long-term mechanism of precise poverty alleviation,promoting poverty alleviation.The formation of precision poverty alleviation has been affected by the mode and experience of poverty alleviation and development in foreign countries,and it is also a summary of the experience of poverty alleviation and development in China over the past 30 years.In imbalance,poverty alleviation standard is still low single index about poverty alleviation of poverty instability,scientific arrangements for precise poverty alleviation progress,including opportunities for the whole society to participate in great poverty alleviation the pattern has entered a new stage,distinctive precise poverty patterns are emerging,innovative precise poverty relief
