The Problem And Countermeasure Research Of Rural Precision Poverty Relief In Hebei Province's X County

Since general secretary Xi Jinping first put forward the concept of "targeted poverty alleviation" in 2013,X county in hebei,like other parts of the country,has responded actively to Xi's call and taken various measures to gradually solve the rural poverty alleviation problem,and achieved certain results in poverty alleviation.However,at the same time,X county in hebei has encountered some problems in the targeted poverty alleviation work in rural areas to different degrees,and it is urgent to take effective measures to solve them.In this context,in order to explore the problems and causes of rural targeted poverty alleviation work in X county,hebei province,countermeasures and suggestions were put forward,so as to promote the rural targeted poverty alleviation work in X county to a new level and achieve substantial results.In this paper,literature analysis and questionnaire survey were mainly used to conduct a detailed study on targeted poverty alleviation work in rural areas of the county.Firstly,a large number of literatures related to targeted poverty alleviation have been found on network data platforms such as zhiwang and wanfang.Then,by analyzing the basic status quo of targeted poverty alleviation work in rural areas of the county,the author conducted field visits and surveys on the poor people and grassroots poverty alleviation cadres in the county by issuing questionnaires,and found that there were problems such as inaccurate accurate identification,ineffective accurate assistance,chaotic accurate management and poor accurate assessment.To this end,the causes of these problems were analyzed,and then specific countermeasures were proposed.First,brains should be used in accurate identification,ways of identification should be enriched,and channels of information sharing should be opened.Second,we will take concrete steps to provide targeted assistance,mobilize other social organizations to participate in targeted poverty alleviation work,take multiple measures to promote industrial poverty alleviation,and guide poor households to change their thinking.Third,we should make great efforts in precise management,constantly increase the intensity of archives management,and explore the poverty withdrawal mechanism in line with local conditions.Fourth,we will write an article on accurate assessment.On the one hand,we will vigorously improve the assessment system and enrich the evaluation subjects;on the other hand,we will push the whole process management of supervision and supervision to a new level.Finally,the county's rural targeted poverty alleviation work is summarized.It is hoped that the research of this paper can effectively promote the smooth development of targeted poverty alleviation work in rural areas of the county,and can be used for reference in improving the satisfaction of poor people with the government.
