Research On Countermeasures For Precision Poverty Alleviation In Lanxi County

Poverty has always been the focus of attention all over the world,and it can hinder the sustainable development of a country or a nation.Since the reform and opening up,China has attached great importance to poverty alleviation and development.Facilities construction,disposable income,industrial structure and social security in poverty-stricken areas have undergone major changes.The number of poverty-stricken people has been greatly reduced and remarkable results have been achieved.After the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,facing the new normal economic and social development,new situations and problems have emerged in China's poverty alleviation work.The CPC Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core,has put forward "accurate identification,accurate assistance,accurate management and accurate assessment" as a new model for poverty alleviation,local governments at all levels in accordance with the requirements of the central explores both try,has obtained certain achievement.In the sprint stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way,accurate poverty alleviation,as the guiding ideology of poverty control in China,is an effective means to solve poverty problems and a new measure of poverty alleviation in China in the new era.As a new measure,there is a lack of precise poverty alleviation methods.In the process of precise poverty alleviation in some areas,lack of experience,lack of understanding and inadequate measures have caused a series of problems.Taking Lanxi County of Suihua City in Heilongjiang Province as the research object,this paper first defines the relevant concepts of accurate poverty alleviation,then analyzes and judges the poverty situation of Lanxi County and the local government's practice of precise poverty alleviation,summarizes the existing problems of precise poverty alleviation,and combines the precise poverty alleviation experience of other areas in China.Inspection,put forward optimization suggestions for the effect of precision poverty alleviation in Lanxi County.The implementation of the precise poverty alleviation is of great significance for the county of Lanxi County.The town of Lanxi County is allowed to take off the hats of the poor counties in the state,so as to bring the poverty-stricken people to poverty and get rich,so as to achieve the vision of the whole people for getting comfortable.In the hope of the study of the precision poverty alleviation in Lanxi County,we will provide some experience to our country's overall promotion of precision,to solve our poverty problems,and to achieve mutual prosperity.
