Research On Regional Innovation Performance Evaluation Of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,which is composed of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,plays an important role in China's regional economic development.The development of the Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei region plays an important role in China's economic growth.In the current era of knowledge economy,innovation is the first force to lead the development.In China,regional innovation,which is an important component of innovation,is the main driving force of economic development.The research on innovation performance of Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei region has synergistic development in Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei region.Important guiding significance.In this paper,the innovation performance of Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei region is studied.Due to the compound performance of regional innovation performance,this paper first analyzes the present situation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from three aspects of ecology,economy and innovation.Based on the current situation of Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei This paper analyzes the evaluation index system of Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei regional innovation performance,and then,in order to ensure the independence of indicators,Pearson correlation analysis is used to extract the input indicators of Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei region.Teachers,industrial pollution control to complete the investment,R&D funds internal expenditure;output indicators:the number of domestic patent applications and air quality to achieve and better than the number of days.Based on the infinite number of DEA,the innovation performance of the Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei region is compared and analyzed from the longitudinal section and the cross-section.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)2013 and 2015,Beijing and Tianjin are DEA effective,and Hebei Province in 2014,regional innovation performance in DEA inefficient state,both investment(general colleges and universities full-time teachers,industrial pollution control to complete investment)redundant And the output(air quality and better than the number of days)is not enough;Hebei Province in 2015 on the investment in the continuation of the 2014 investment in the redundant state,the general colleges and universities full-time teacher's redundancy rate decreased Industrial pollution control to complete the investment rate of increase in redundancy.(?)2013 to 2015,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei administrative regions of the ultra-efficiency value decreased year by year,but Beijing's largest decline.In order to meet the above conclusions,this paper puts forward that the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional cooperation should be realized by combining the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional cooperation with the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,Practical,to develop ecological and environmental governance strategies to improve the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei innovation performance policy recommendations.
