In the era of knowledge economy,IT industry has developed rapidly,the traditional industries have access to the Internet,IT overall demand for a substantial increase.Accompanied by the IT companies are fierce competition between talent,but IT employees "quit" behavior occurs frequently,IT employees loyalty is not high,the stability of talent structure is weak,to a certain extent,hinder the healthy development of the IT industry.For the IT industry,this knowledge-intensive industries,how to retain talent,improve employee loyalty is a question worthy of study.IT employees are different from the average staff,they need a high level of autonomy and creativity,compared to the general staff IT staff will pay more attention to psychological contract.On the basis of literature research,this paper finds out the relationship between organizational support,psychological contract and employee loyalty.Combining with the characteristics of IT staff,the three dimensions of organizational support include job support,interest concern and value recognition as Self-variables,the psychological contract,including trade responsibility,development responsibility,security responsibility as an intermediary variable,IT staff loyalty as the dependent variable,to build a theoretical model.In this study,the empirical study method was used to study the questionnaire of predecessors' maturation and combined with the research object,and 210 valid questionnaires were collected as the research samples.The descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity of Spss21.0 were used to verify the rationality of the questionnaire design and the reliability of the variable measure.Using Amos21.0 to carry out structural equation model analysis and mediation test,to verify the degree of fitting the model and data and the proposed assumptions.Finally,the following conclusions have been drawn: the two variables of organizational support and psychological contract have a significant positive impact on IT staff loyalty,and psychological contract as a mediator variable in organizational support and IT staff loyalty to play a part of the intermediary role.According to the conclusion of the study,this paper argues that IT companies want to improve employee loyalty from two aspects: improving employee support and paying attention to employee psychological contract management.Including to create a good working atmosphere;give employees a sense of accomplishment on the work;to the staff more broad career development space;set a reasonable salary;to strengthen staff support efforts;give employees enough attention;more concerned about the interests of employees.At the same time,the limitations of the study in the final analysis of the article,and put forward future research prospects.
