In today’s world, the only constant is change itself. This "change" forces organizations to managers and employees to choose, constantly in the process of constant choice, to establish stable employment relations face new challenges. This change also forced the academia and enterprise managers continuously study, its purpose is to dynamically build good relationship with employee- organization(the employee organization relationship, EOR for short), set up good trust relationship between employees and organization. Only in this way, to establish the organization’s dynamic core competitiveness, to achieve sustainable development of the organization.The research object of this paper is the perceived organizational support, psychological contract and the relations between and among staff loyalty. Put these three together research based on the following consideration. First, to establish a trust relationship between organization and employee, any time is needed, especially in today’s era of high speed change. Second, the choice of perceived organizational support and employee loyalty to study between organization and employee trust, because the body of the perceived organizational support is the staff, staff loyalty is the body of the organization. Many times because of information asymmetry between the two main body, establish a trust relationship between organization and employee will be very difficult. Thirdly, it is because of perceived organizational support and employee loyalty is different, the two subject between them to join the psychological contract to study the relations of the three, is wants to join the psychological contract, the empirical relationship between these three.In this paper, according to ask questions, analyze and solve problems of logical structure. In the review of the literature of related research at home and abroad, on the basis of summary of research literature, put forward in this paper, the research ideas. To choose the variable dimension division and select the maturity scale; On this basis, the questionnaires, collect data; Analyzing and processing data; Validation and analysis of theoretical assumptions. According to the data analysis results, four basic conclusions; Organizations use the research results, through the psychological contract in the specific management practice the perceived organizational support and employee loyalty both linked organic thinking, realize the two main goals; At the same time, puts forward the research prospect.The mature scale, this paper has collected 223 valid questionnaires, data sources covering different enterprise organization in different industries, using the statistical software SPSS16.0 AMOS17.0 and structural equation model to analyze data, and put forward relevant assumptions. According to the empirical analysis, this paper studies the conclusion is: there is no correlation between perceived organizational support and employee loyalty; Perceived organizational support of three dimensions(work support and value identity and interests concern) and weakly correlated to the staff loyalty; Psychological contract is not intervening variable, but between perceived organizational support and employee loyalty conduction.
