With the stimulation of market competition and the long-term development of enterprises,how to retain talents and how to cultivate talents have become an important issue in the long-term development of enterprises.In the past,when the per capita income in China was at a low level,the cost of retaining talents was often lower.In many cases,employees can be retained only by providing them with a lower level of salary that can support their families.But in the low-end manufacturing market of our country,the competition is more and more fierce,the enterprise benefit is worse and worse today,it is difficult to provide higher salary for the enterprise employees,and in this context,it is more difficult to retain talents and improve the loyalty of the enterprise employees.Therefore,this study uses questionnaire and interview methods to analyze the specific reasons of low loyalty of employees in private enterprises from the perspective of psychological contract.Through the research,we found that the problems of Dou Kouyu Knitting Company employees' loyalty and the reasons for low loyalty lie in: first,the lack of care for employees' life,the lack of awareness of corporate social responsibility;second,the lack of autonomy of employees,the strict maintenance requirements for work discipline;third,the lack of work stability of employees,the lack of employees The game with the interests of the enterprise results in the greater mobility of some posts;fourth,the lack of material incentives for employees,because the welfare benefits caused by the fluctuation of enterprise performance are difficult to be stable;fifth,the lack of development opportunities for employees,because the enterprise itself does not have enough planning for the future,and the employees themselves do not carry out career planning;sixth,the working environment of the enterprise is not enough Loose,because the enterprise order fluctuations lead to the peak season must strengthen management to achieve sufficient efficiency.Finally,according to the low loyalty of Dou Kouyu Knitting Company,the corresponding promotion strategies are put forward: first,to strengthen the care for employees' life;second,to improve their work autonomy;third,to help employees to work stably;fourth,to design a reasonable incentive mechanism for employees;fifth,to help employees create development opportunities;sixth,to build a harmonious working environment for enterprises.The innovation of this paper is to combine the characteristics of human resource management in private enterprises,and to explore the optimization strategies to enhance the loyalty of employees from the perspective of psychological contract.At the same time,the paper combines the questionnaire method with the interview method to study the problem of low employee loyalty in private enterprises,which is to better understand the actual causes of low employee loyalty,so as to put forward more targeted countermeasures to improve.The combination of the two methods can improve the reliability of the research results and provide a real and reliable basis for the solution.
