The Impact Of Cross-border Search On Enterprise's Innovation Performance

The environment of enterprises is combined with economy,society even technology and so on.The development of the environment is rapid.The complex environment derives intense competition.In order to make the enterprise improve its innovation performance and maintain a market position in the changeable market environment,Enterprises need to break the inertial thinking,Carry out cross-border search across organizational boundaries and existing enterprise knowledge boundary.There are many scholars study the impact of cross-border search on enterprise innovation from different perspectives.It is generally believed that the behavior of cross-border search can improve the innovation performance of enterprises.However,few scholars have studied the mechanism of the impact of cross-border search behavior on innovation performance.In recent years,the rapid development in information technology,which changes people's life and consumption habits unconsciously,has made remarkable achievements and penetrated into other fields gradually.Internet finance is the most typical example.Internet finance developed rapidly at an alarming rate in 2013,which aroused high attention of the society.In this year,many Internet companies involved in the financial filed to develop Internet finance and achieved certain results.Therefore,this paper attempts to select the typical Internet companies as the object of analysis,to open the black box between enterprise search behavior and enterprise innovation performance.Firstly,this paper review the related theory and research of Cross-border search,enterprise innovation performance,enterprise dual capacity and the impact of cross-border search on enterprise innovation performance.Then it is found that the dual innovation ability of the enterprise is the mediation variable between enterprise cross-border search and enterprise innovation performance by analyzing the case information of Baidu,Jingdong and Tencent with the method of grounded theory research.Through the comparative analysis of the case data,it is found that the network embedding can affect the enterprise's dual innovation ability,and on this basis,the paper puts forward the theoretical model of the impact of enterprise cross-border search on innovation performance.This paper makes further complement and deep the theoretical research on the impact of cross-border search on enterprise innovation performance to promote the construction and development of the theory.This study provides some ideas for the development of other enterprises,so that enterprises realize that active cross-border search can help enterprises to survive and develop in the changeable market environment.In addition,it also helps business managers to find ways to increase the performance of enterprise innovation and makes enterprises pay more attention to enhance their dual innovation capability and network embedding.
