The Influence Of Dual Network Embedding On The Performance Of Cluster Enterprises

Global industrial competition is undergoing major adjustments,and China's economic transformation and upgrading have entered a new normal.China continues to carry out the pilot of regional agglomeration development of emerging industries,and cluster enterprises will be the core subject of innovation and development of emerging industries.However,at present,the overall level of industrial cluster development is not high,and some cluster enterprises have low degree of specialization,lack of innovation motivation,low technology content and slow development speed.Therefore,further transformation and upgrading are urgently needed to improve enterprise performance.For cluster enterprises,different types of network relations have different management significance for the development of enterprises.However,in recent years,more and more practical evidence and academic studies on the transformation and upgrading of clusters have shown that cluster enterprises face a dilemma in the process of using network relations for development: On the one hand,local enterprises in the cluster promote technology exchange through collective learning and improve enterprise performance;On the other hand,due to the lack of hyper-local network,the geographical proximity and cognitive proximity within the cluster lead to the collective rigidity of the development path of the cluster enterprises,resulting in local holdup and cluster decline.Therefore,only by considering both local network and hyper-local network can the development of cluster enterprises be promoted.Technological innovation is the source of improving enterprise performance and provides impetus for the development of cluster enterprises.However,different innovation models have different effects on enterprise performance.Excessive exploratory innovation will lead to a large consumption of enterprise resources and increase the risk of innovation failure.Excessive exploitative innovation will cause enterprises to have cognitive barriers in specific fields and weaken their ability to deploy leading technologies.In reality,how to choose or balance the two innovation methods has become a difficult problem faced by cluster enterprises under the circumstance of limited resources.Based on this,this paper takes cluster enterprises as the research object,takes the dual network embedding as the starting point,and takes ambidextrous innovation as the intermediary variable to discuss the mechanism of dual network embedding on enterprise performance.This study collected through questionnaire,a total of 304 effective questionnaires were,using SPSS21.0 and AMOS21.0 for data analysis,and draw the following conclusions:(1)local embedding and hyper-local embedding have significant positive influence on enterprise performance,and hyper-local embedding has even more important influence on enterprise performance.(2)the hyper-local embedding of cluster enterprises has a significant positive impact on exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation in ambidextrous innovation,but the impact of local embedding on exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation in ambidextrous innovation is not significant.(3)exploratory innovation has a weak and significant effect between hyper-local embedding and enterprise performance,but it cannot affect local embedding and enterprise performance,and there is no mediating effect between dual-network embedding and enterprise performance.(4)the ambidextrous innovation balance plays an important intermediary role between local embedding and enterprise performance and between hyperlocal embedding and enterprise performance.Based on the embeddedness theory and Organizational dualism,this study discusses the mechanism of dual network embeddedness on the performance of clustered enterprises,provides a new perspective for understanding the effect of ambidextrous innovation,and enriches the research on dual network embeddedness and enterprise performance.At the same time,China is accelerating the construction of an innovative country and cultivating innovative enterprises and industrial clusters with international competitiveness.The research in this paper is conducive to enterprises to find their own positioning in a turbulent market environment and choose appropriate methods to improve corporate performance.
