Research On The Relationship Between Cross-border Search,dynamic Capability And Breakthrough Technological Innovation Of Enterprises

With the knowledge-based economy era coming from the third scientific and technological revolution,the global high-tech industry has developed rapidly.No matter developed countries or developing countries,the high-tech industry is the backbone of promoting the national economic growth of all countries.In the complex and turbulent economic environment such as economic globalization and trade war,the core technology of high-end industry in China is weak,too dependent and subject to developed countries.For domestic high-tech enterprises,it is urgent to carry out breakthrough technological innovation so as to catch up with enterprises in developed countries.Breakthrough technological innovation contains a lot of new knowledge,including revolutionary changes and new knowledge of technology,and may also involve new knowledge of existing or emerging markets.From the perspective of resource-based view(RBV),dynamic knowledge resources are essential for enterprises to make breakthrough technological innovation.Many enterprises engaged in innovation are consciously expanding outward,and conducting external knowledge search across organizational boundaries.In addition,some studies have shown that external knowledge cross-border search is a successful way for late developing enterprises to catch up.How to achieve breakthrough technological innovation through appropriate cross-border search activities has always been the focus of high-tech enterprises and academia.Therefore,this study focuses on the analysis of how the cross-border search activities of high-tech enterprises affect their dynamic capabilities in highly dynamic and complex environment,so as to help enterprises to achieve breakthrough technological innovation.By studying and combing relevant literature,the relationship model of cross-border search,dynamic capabilities,breakthrough technological innovation and environmental dynamics is constructed,and the number obtained from the survey is analyzed according to the empirical analysis.Then analyze the relationship between the variables in detai in the model,and give relevant explanations.,and give relevant explanations.This paper discusses the impact of cross-border search on breakthrough technological innovation,and analyzes cross-border search from three dimensions of supply,demand and space.This paper constructs a theoretical framework of the relationship between cross-border search and breakthrough technological innovation of high-tech enterprises,with organizational dynamic capability as the intermediaryvariable and environmental dynamic as the regulating variable,and puts forward relevant research hypotheses.After that,we take high-tech enterprises in China as the object of study.Through questionnaire design and SPSS statistical software,we analyze the collected questionnaire data by descriptive,correlation and multiple regression analysis.We test the reliability and validity of the four variables in the model,and do empirical test on the overall model and research hypothesis.The results show that different types of cross-border search have a positive impact on breakthrough technology innovation.Cross-border search has a positive impact on dynamic capabilities.Dynamic capabilities play an intermediary role between cross-border search and breakthrough technology innovation.Market dynamics and technology dynamics have no regulatory effect on the relationship between cross-border search and breakthrough technology innovation.Market dynamics have a positive impact on the relationship between dynamic capabilities and breakthrough technology innovation.There is a positive moderating effect between disruptive technological innovation and a negative moderating effect between dynamic capability and breakthrough technological innovation.Finally,the empirical results are analyzed and discussed.And based on this,some management implications for high-tech enterprises are proposed.At the same time,the research process of this paper is reviewed,and possible research deficiencies and future research directions are proposed.
