Psychological traits of entrepreneur,as an important part of the entrepreneurial research field,has been concerned by a majority of scholars,but has not yet gotten a unified,systematic understanding.And innovation is the enterprise management process in an important function,determining the enterprise development and market competitiveness.We see the process of innovation as a process of creation and reform,so that enterprises more adapt to the market competition,developing more stable.For start-ups,entrepreneurs play a vital role.On the one hand,the entrepreneur recognizes the opportunity by acquiring resources;On the other hand,the entrepreneur through the acquisition of resources for the integration and effective allocation of enterprises to improve the ability to innovate for enterprises to bring sustainable competitive advantage.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the relationship between entrepreneur psychological characteristics and enterprise innovation performance by using resource acquisition as the intermediary variable.First of all,this paper combs the literature and studies the relevant theories,and puts forward the conceptual model and research hypothesis.This article will divide psychological traits of entrepreneur into three dimensions as need for achievement,risk-taking,locus of control,and the enterprise innovation performance is divided into two aspects of technological innovation performance and management innovation performance.At the same time,this paper introduce acquisition resource as an intermediary variable to analysis the relationship among the three variables.And then this paper draws on the relevant mature scale at home and abroad,and on the basis of this study to properly modify and adjust the order to form the this questionnaire.At the same time,researching in Beijing and Jilin province,collecting a total of 203 valid questionnaires to form sample data.Finally,SPSS22.0 software is used to analyze the sample data(Including homology bias test,reliability and validity test,Person correlation test and multiple linear regression analysis)to prove the conceptual model and hypothesis that proposed in this paper and draw the conclusion.The results of this study show that:(1)In the relationship between the psychological traits of entrepreneurs and the innovation performance on firm,the impact of risk-taking on the performance of technological innovation is not significant,the hypothesis is not supported,and other assumptions are supported;(2)In the study of the relationship between resource acquisition and enterprise innovation performance,resource acquisition has a significant positive impact on technological innovation performance and management innovation performance;(3)In the study of the relationship between the dimensions of psychological traits and resource acquisition,the need of achievement on resource acquisition is not significant,the hypothesis is not supported,and the risk-taking and locus of control have significant positive effects on resource acquisition.(4)In the study of the intermediary role of resource acquisition,it exists an intermediary role between psychological traits of entrepreneur and technological innovation performance,management innovation performance.
