Research On The Impacts Of Entrepreneur Traits On Entrepreneur Orientation

The characteristics of entrepreneurs impact on entrepreneurial orientation in the system environment. All along, the characteristics of entrepreneurs are considered to be an important impact on business factors.The paper describes the impact of the characteristics entrepreneurs on entrepreneurial orientation. Reference character theory,social learning theory, McClelland demand theory.This study divides entrepreneur traits into three dimensions, risk-taking propensity, need for achievement, locus of control. Research on the characteristics of entrepreneurs in three dimensions on the entrepreneurial orientation of the five dimensions.We analyzed the impact of the three dimensions, risk-taking propensity, need for achievement, and locus of control on the entrepreneurial orientation of the five dimensions: innovativeness,proactiveness,risk taking,autonomy competitive and aggressiveness. Survival entrepreneurs from the perspective of three different dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation of the impact on the risk of sexual orientation and innovation, the majority of scholars in this paper based on the view that entrepreneurs and innovative risk -taking positive correlation.Risk-taking is a positive correlation to the other four dimensions. Need for achievement and entrepreneurial orientation is relevanted. Entrepreneurs characteristic is the root of entrepreneurial orientation. Althhough the entrepreneurs have some kind of character, to a certain extent, the entrepreneurs have decided what kind of business trends. In practical work the characteristics of entrepreneurs turns into action, so the characteristics of entrepreneurs related to the entrepreneurial orientation. From domestic and foreign scholars analyse the results and to consider China's actual conditions, we proposed some assumption and established the model assumptions of between the entrepreneurs characteritics and entrepreneurial orientation.The results suggest :in the system environment, the risk-taking propensity and innovativeness take the risk significantly affect relations, but the competitive effect between risk tendencies proactiveness and aggressiveness is not significant. They should have the courage to take risks. They should try to innovative.
