Research On The Impact Of Entrepreneur's Human Capital On Innovation Performance Of Resource-Based Enterprises

Resource-based enterprises play a very important role in China's economic development and play a certain role in promoting the development of the national economy.In recent years,the government's structural reforms on the supply side and the removal of production capacity have put some pressure on resource-based enterprises.Meanwhile,the deteriorating environment and the depletion of resources have also brought a certain crisis to resource-based enterprises.Therefore,resource-based enterprises urgently need to carry out independent innovation to increase their innovation performance.This paper takes resource-based enterprises as the research object,constructs its theoretical model through theoretical analysis of entrepreneur's human capital,independent innovation ability and innovation performance of resource-based enterprises,and introduces enterprise's independent innovation ability as an intermediary variable.According to previous scholars' research,entrepreneur human capital is divided into entrepreneur's efficiency human capital,entrepreneur's transactional human capital and entrepreneur's motivation human capital,and enterprise's independent innovation ability is divided into R &D investment intensity and R &D personnel investment intensity for analysis.This study takes 114 listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchange from 2013 to2017 as samples.The data come from the company's annual bulletins disclosed by Guotai 'an Database,Ruisi Financial Database and Sina Financial Website.Through correlation analysis,regression analysis and intermediary utility test,it is concluded that entrepreneur's efficiency human capital,entrepreneur's motivation human capital and entrepreneur's transactional human capital have significant positive effects on enterprise's innovation performance.Independent innovation ability has a significant positive impact on enterprise innovation performance.Entrepreneur's efficient human capital and entrepreneur's transactional human capital have significant positive effects on the ability of independent innovation,while entrepreneur's dynamic human capital has no significant effect on the ability ofindependent innovation.Enterprise's independent innovation ability plays a completely mediating role in the impact of entrepreneur's efficiency human capital,entrepreneur's motivation human capital,entrepreneur's transactional human capital and innovation performance.According to this,the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the resource-based enterprises,which provides the corresponding reference for the improvement of innovation ability and innovation performance of the resource-based enterprises in China.
