Study On The Formation Mechanism Of Knowledge Network Of R&D Projects

Knowledge network is one of the core problems in the field of knowledge chain research.Compared with traditional knowledge management,knowledge chain management pays more attention to the chain or network structure of knowledge flow in various knowledge activities,and also focuses on the circulation of knowledge chain activities.The formation of knowledge network is influenced by many factors,which have great influence on the connection structure and node state of knowledge network,and the mechanism of how the factors are affecting is complex.The complex network dynamics which is active in the field of computer has a more profound explanation on information dissemination,network evolution and network chaos in the fields of ecological network,road transportation network,and so on.Since the complex network theory has provided a powerful theoretical support,we can have a better understanding of the mechanism of how the knowledge network is formed.This paper argues that the activities of knowledge individuals affect network relationships,and network relationships affect network performance.Therefore,this paper focus on two sides,first is to explain the conditions that affect the formation of knowledge networks,second is to use complex network theory and method to quantitatively evaluate.This paper first introduces the individuals' knowledge activities,and puts forward that key components' knowledge activities of is playing an important role in the formation of projects' knowledge network,after that,this paper identifies 14 factors in four aspects which include knowledge heterogeneity,task diversity,knowledge flow Atmosphere and knowledge management system that affect the formation of knowledge network respectively,and then gives a deep explanation for each factor.On the basis of all above,this paper establishes the evolution model of complex knowledge network which meets the actual situation of R&D project,puts forward the hypothesis and a evaluation system,which measures the state of knowledge network from the two aspects,one is the properties of network,the other is knowledge management level.The relevant parameters are set according to experts scoring and important literature reference.After the establishment of the model,this paper simulates a R&D project team composed of 50 members and replaces it into the complex knowledge network model.The Netlogo operation software will be used to observe the changes of the knowledge network and the quotas and the change of the project knowledge level.At the same time,this paper identifies the key nodes that have large influence on the formation of knowledge network and explains the formation process of knowledge network.
