| The booming development of the knowledge economy based on information technology makes the traditional management model difficult to adapt the change of technology environment and social environment. And the research and practice of the new round tide of management innovation become the focus of the cycle of theory and enterprises. Now management need urgently accept the challenge from environment, and this article is rightly studying today's business management tendency. At present, human civilization is transiting from industry society to information society, and information economy is forming day by day. Under information environments, management theories based on industrialization have not been able to explain business management practice in many aspects, but at present the corresponding mature theory system has not been formed. Therefore, the research on management need stand on the historic height and the time front, and analyze the rich world management transformation which has appeared or is happening.
