Internationalization And Performance:The Joint Moderating Effect Of Industry Environmental Dynamism And Motivations

With the development of globalization,the international economic activities gradually flourished,following by a large number of multinational companies emerged.Internationalization is a key step in the enterprises development;it is also an important strategic decision to seek business.The growing global trade among economic market not only promotes economic activity,but also opens up new opportunities and expansion for multinational enterprises.On the other hand,a wide range of international cultural exchanges have laid a solid foundation for the development of economy.Enterprise is not only the specific carrier of economy,but also the micro-subject of economy.The industrial environment attached by the enterprises will have a profound impact on them.Different industrial environment may lead enterprises to develop various strategic decision-making,resulting in differentiated business performance.Researches on the impact of industrial environment help enterprises exert advantages.Industrial environment can also play a certain role in economic construction at the macro level.The study would enrich the theory of enterprise management.This paper is based on the theory of the internationalization and performance,and then we added the moderating variables of internationalization motives and industrial environment.We try to explore the combined moderating effect on the internationalization and performance.This study will further reveal the mechanism of the internationalization of enterprises.Although the current theory of internationalization boomed,there is no relevant literature to consider key moderators.It has been found that these regulatory factors played a crucial impact role in the process of internationalization.This study based on the existing theories and research results,suggesting the corresponding hypothesis to verify the theory through empirical research.This study provides a positive theoretical guidance and comprehensive reference value for the actual operation of the enterprise.It also enriched and expanded the theory of international business,and provides a supplement and a new perspective for the following researches.
