The Analysis Of Agricultural Economy Development Level And Influencing Factors In Jilin Province

Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy,and how to improve the level of the agricultural economy development has been widely noted.Jilin province is a big agricultural province,the major grain producing areas in China,the important commodity grain base.It has certain reference significance to improve the level of the agricultural economy development of our country by researching the agricultural economic development of Jilin province.Since the reform and opening,the development of Jilin agricultural economic can be divided into four stages according to the annual growth rate of agricultural output value.The slow growth stage,the volatile phase,the fast growth stage,and the stable growth stage.At present,the agricultural economic level of Jilin province is rising steadily,and Jilin still has a certain relative competitiveness across the country.After building the comprehensive evaluation index system of agricultural economic level,this paper systematically analyzes the agricultural economic development level of the 39 counties(cities)in Jilin province by using principal component analysis(pca),cluster analysis and spatial autocorrelation analysis.Results show that the space distribution feature of the county agricultural economy development level in Jilin province is “around middle high low".According to this,Jilin province can be divided into four areas,as higher level of agricultural economic area,high level of agricultural economic area,low level of agricultural economic area,lower level of agricultural economic area.Higher level of agricultural economic area includes Dehui,Shuangliao,Yitong,Lishu,Gongzhuling,Meihekou,Fuyu,Mongolian Autonomous County of Qian Gorlos,Changling,Fusong.High level of agricultural economic area includes Nong'an,Yushu,Huadian,Panshi,Shulan,Jiaohe,Yongji,Dongfeng,Dongliao,Tonghua,Ji'an,Huinan,Liuhe,Korean Autonomous County of Changbai,Jjingyu,Linjiang,Dunhua.Low level of agricultural economy area includes Qian'an,Zhenlai,Taonan,Tongyu,Da'an,Yanji.The lower level of agricultural economy area includes Longjing,Wangqing,Tumen,Antu,Hunchun,Helong.This paper analyzes the factors which influence on the development of the regional agricultural economy of the whole province and four areas by using grey correlation analysis.The results show that the biggest factor to agricultural economic development is natural conditions,and then technological progress,capital investment and government behavior.Natural conditions,such as topography,soil,climate,is the objective environment in the development of agricultural economy,technological progress can improve the efficiency of production,capital investment can expand production scale,and government behavior can play an incentive role.On the basis of analyzing the agricultural economic development level,spatial difference and influence factors in Jilin province,this paper offers operational proposals and countermeasures according to local conditions.Local governments should accelerate agricultural modernization,cultivate characteristic industry,and play the role of guide.
