Research On The Relationship Between The Upgrading Of Industrial Structure In The Yangtze River Delta Region And The Homogenization Of High-tech Industries

At present,China is in a critical period of economic transformation and upgrading,the development of high-tech industry is one of the important directions to achieve industrial upgrading.The direction of development for Yangtze River Delta with superior geographical location,good economic foundation and abundant human resources and other factors lead the national high-tech industry,but the region focused on the development of high technology industry may lead to industrial structure,and industrial structure isomorphism of high-tech industry upgrade of three angle may have positive and negative effects of two effect of industrial upgrading effect.At present,there is no consideration of the relationship between industrial upgrading and industrial isomorphism.In the current economic background,clear the mutual influence of industrial upgrading and high technology industry,is conducive to the Yangtze River Delta region layout reasonable arrangements for the development of high technology industry,steadily promote the upgrading of the industrial structure.In this paper,the combination of empirical analysis and normative analysis,quantitative and qualitative analysis,static and dynamic Research on the relationship between industrial upgrading and high tech industry isomorphism in Yangtze River delta.Firstly,the mutual influence mechanism is analyzed theoretically.Secondly,the industrial upgrading and the similarity coefficient of industrial structure are used to measure the industrial upgrading of the Yangtze River Delta and the isomorphism of the high-tech industry.Then,this paper constructs the panel data model,and uses the data of the 16 cities in the Yangtze River Delta 2004-2014 to carry on the regression analysis to get the direction and degree of the interaction between the industrial upgrading and the high-tech industry.Finally,according to the empirical conclusions,some policy suggestions are given.The results show that the industrial upgrading of the Yangtze River Delta region has been pushed forward,while the degree of homogeneity of the high-tech industry has changed in a few years,but the overall growth trend.The industrial upgrading of the Yangtze River Delta has a positive effect on the formation of the high technology industry,which plays an important role through the guidance of the industrial policy,the role of the market economy,the diffusion of technology and the transfer of industries.On the other hand,the ultimate effect of high-tech industry on the isomorphism of regional industry upgrading also has a positive role in promoting high technology industrial structure to form a wide area of industrial agglomeration,technology spillover effect of industry agglomeration and promote economies of scale to reduce the cost of industrial upgrading,promote industrial upgrading process.Therefore,the Yangtze River Delta region should reasonably guide the development of high-tech industries,the formation of a good mechanism for information exchange and sharing,and promote the further accumulation of high-tech industries,upgrading the level of industrial upgrading.
