Supply And Demand Analysis And Regionalization Of Small Non-metallic Minerals In Counties

Mineral resources are an important material basis for social economy development.For county-level cities,the development and utilization of small non-metallic mineral resources to a certain extent determines the speed of regional social economy development.However,the development and utilization of the small non-metallic mineral resources in China have a lot of problem,such as mine mining is small,mining enterprises are scattered,outdated mine management system,etc.These phenomena are particularly evident in the development of a relatively liberal county-level area where the access management system is relatively relaxed.This paper aims at the development and utilization of small non-metallic mineral “small,scattered,chaotic” phenomenon to Dunhua City as the object of study.Through the small non-metallic mineral resources for supply and demand analysis and regional planning research,this paper discusses the problem of the development and utilization of small and medium-sized non-metallic mineral resources in the county under the premise of focusing on the development of mineral resources,which is based on the current situation of local mineral resources endowment and development and utilization,on the basis of ensuring the stable development of social economy.The research results of this paper provide a theoretical basis for improving the development and utilization of small non-metallic minerals and optimizing the development and utilization of small non-metallic mineral resources and the planning and layout of protection.The comprehensive evaluation system of the development and utilization of small non-metallic mineral resources developed and established in this paper provides a scientific analysis method for the development and utilization of small non-metallic minerals.It is of great significance for the relevant departments of the government to promote the rational development and layout of small non-metallic minerals and the formulation of regional management system.Based on the relevant geological data and statistical yearbook,the present situation and existing problems of the development and utilization of small non-metallic mineral resources in Dunhua City are analyzed and summarized.Using the method of quantitative analysis and gray correlation sequencing to optimize the development and utilization of small non-metallic minerals in Dunhua City.The evaluation of suitability is an important factor in the comprehensive evaluation system of regional small-scale non-metallic mineral development and utilization.It provides important reference.Combined with Dunhua City,a small non-metallic mineral resources talent,the next five years,the construction of major projects in Dunhua City,using forecasting model to analysis the small non-metallic mineral supply and demand of Dunhua City.The results of the analysis are the basis for the strategic analysis of the development and utilization of small non-metallic minerals in Dunhua City,which is of great significance to guide the development and utilization of small non-metallic minerals in the future of Dunhua City.Summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the current small-scale non-metallic mineral development industry in Dunhua City and the external opportunities and threats,using SWOT analysis method to carry out strategic analysis on the development and utilization of small non-metallic minerals in Dunhua City.The results of the final analysis of Dunhua City,small non-metallic mining suitable for the use of SO and WO-type development and utilization strategy,which is affected by the external development opportunities,is conducive to small-scale non-metallic mining industry in Dunhua City,industrial restructuring and upgrading,and conducive to the formation of large-scale industries.The development and utilization of small nonmetallic minerals in Dunhua City is also one of the important basis for regional division.Based on the evaluation results,four centralized mining areas,one alternative mining area and 10 prohibited mining areas were designated for the development and utilization of small non-metallic minerals in Dunhua City,Dunhua City,and various management measures such as development and utilization of regional Dunhua City,the actual situation of small non-metal development and utilization of the relevant views.
