| In today’s increasingly competitive market, it seems particularly urgent and imminent for private enterprises, especially small-and micro-sized private enterprises, to comply with the market demands and to find a way of sustainable development under such complex and challenging market environment. This thesis studies the strategic development plan of Guilin Guanghua Mineral Powder Co., Ltd, providing a valuable reference for the majority of small-and micro-sized private enterprises in developing their own development strategies.Firstly, the thesis briefly introduces the current condition of Guilin Guanghua Mineral Powder Co., Ltd, and makes a concise summary of its strategic development plan; and synthetically illustrates the concept of strategic management, the basic problems, the development stages of relevant theories, and the process of strategic management. Secondly, it comprehensively analyses the external and internal environment of the company; and focuses on the analysis of the related industrial environment. Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model is adopted in deep exposition of the company’s existing competitors, potential competitors, suppliers, purchasers, and its product substitutes. In addition, the company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats are studied by SWOT method. Combined with the actual development condition of Guanghua, it is confirmed that Growth Strategies shall be the overall development strategy of the company. Meanwhile, a long-term strategic goal and phased short-and medium-term strategic development goal is presented. A practical strategic development plan is proposed for the operational level of the company’s specific products. The implementation programs and steps are presented in the aspect of implementing its strategy from product development, product quality, marketing, finance and human resources.Finally, for the purpose of ensuring the smooth realization of the strategic objectives, a corresponding strategic control system must be established to control the implementation of the company’s strategic activities in the process of strategy implement. Guanghua designs a tailor-made strategic control index system in strategic control on the basis of four dimensions of the balanced scorecard. |
