Based On The Investigation And Research Of B2C E-commerce File Management

The popularity of the Internet makes people's work and life style has been greatly facilitated,but also prompted a change in the mode of operation of commercial enterprises,electronic commerce is born.Electronic commerce is a business activity that relies on Internet.In this paper,the B2C e-commerce is essentially a kind of online transaction mode that consumers buy through the Internet in B2C e-commerce website.B2C electronic commerce because of its network as a medium,a large number of file information generated,and its management mode is different from the general enterprise file management.This paper is divided into three chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the operation process of B2C electronic commerce and the types of archives,and the characteristics and functions of B2C electronic commerce archives management.The second chapter is a questionnaire survey,from the general public and B2C e-commerce enterprises in two aspects of e-commerce management research.Based on the summary and analysis of the survey results,the paper concludes that there are still a lot of room for improvement of the enterprise's credit archives,archives information security and the use of archives.Therefore,in view of the above problems,in the three chapter,the author puts forward the relevant improvement measures and methods from the aspects of laws and regulations,the relevant system of enterprises and the use of B2C e-commerce files in the third chapter.With the rapid development of network information,logistics industry,cloud computing and mobile terminal,the development prospect of B2C e-commerce enterprise is very huge.The strengthening of the B2C e-commerce enterprise's file management can B2C e-commerce business to the very important role.
