Research On Coordinated Development Of Urban Agglomeration In Northeast China

With the accelerated process of urbanization,the market economy structure of cities is gradually improved.As the mature stage of urban development,the formation and development of urban agglomeration has a far-reaching impact on the economy development of the region and even the whole nation.Mature urban agglomeration is not only on the economy ahead of the surrounding area,but also need to break the administrative division to achieve a reasonable division of manufacture,so that all kinds of goods and production factors can flow freely in the region of the urban agglomeration to optimize the allocation of resources.In addition,there are the requirements of regional coordination and unity for the cities in traffic,environment and policy conditions,which are in the urban agglomeration.Improving infrastructure docking is helpful to realize the integration of the local municipal traffic.In the end,it forms the economic community,which contains the core city with technical service industry as the leading industry,the surrounding city staggered development.At present,the construction of city agglomeration has entered the phase of rapid expansion.The economy of Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration has gradually reached the world level,providing the advanced experience of the success of the economic development for the construction of other urban agglomerations in our country.As the northeast old industrial base,despite the industry foundation is profound,climatic conditions,emphasis on regional industry structure and overcapacity problems,lead to economic development of the northeast region in the domestic backward level.Therefore,the construction of urban agglomeration is an important way of economic development in Northeast.There are Ha-Chang urban agglomeration and Mid-Southern Liaoning urban agglomeration in Northeast.Ha-Chang urban agglomeration is the integration of economic circle of Harbin and Changchun,and Mid-Southern Liaoning urban agglomeration is a branch of the Bohai economic circle.The late establishment period,low economic output,and the outflow of population are common problems in the current development of the Northeast urban agglomerations.Different regional structures and levels of economic development make the two urban agglomerations have the corresponding differences in the development path of the choice of urban groups.On the other hand,Ha-Chang urban agglomeration and Mid-Southern Liaoning urban agglomeration are different in geographical advantages and comparative advantage in different industries.It's important for improve the overall competitiveness of the economy in Northeast to achieve economic cooperation between them.It reflects the coordinated development of the northeast needs not only the internal economic integration,but also need to achieve coordination of a full range of urban agglomerations,which also requires Ha-Chang urban agglomeration and Mid-Southern Liaoning urban agglomeration to achieve economic integration,industrial division and unified policy etc.in the wider region.This paper is based on the above analysis,from multiple perspectives,all aspects of the analysis of the current development status of Ha-Chang urban agglomeration and Mid-Southern Liaoning urban agglomeration,to explore economic integration degree of the northeast urban agglomeration from the economic linkage degree,regional division of labor and the degree of market integration,and based on the economic development of the whole Northeast to put forward some suggestions.In order to promote the coordinated development of urban agglomerations in Northeast,it needs to focus on the development planning and coordination of urban agglomerations,promote the complementary regions in the industry,and strengthen coordination and cooperation in every respect,to promote the sustainable development of the whole Northeast region.
