Project Internal Labor Cost Control Study Take Relocation Project Of The Second Hospital Of Jilin University As An Example

With the history of the most stringent regulation of real estate policies,construction enterprises,especially private enterprises difficult,and labor costs continued to rise,to the construction enterprise challenges.The internal labor cost is an important variable cost in labor cost.To this end,this paper takes the internal labor costs as the breakthrough point,the composition of the internal labor costs,the impact of factors,as well as internal labor cost control,in order to provide a reference for private enterprises out of the plight of labor costs.This paper first analyzes the background of the development of the construction industry,the overall development of the grim situation,the fierce competition in the industry,the development of private enterprises to find the plight of the private enterprises to reduce the internal labor costs.Then,it analyzes the theoretical significance and practical significance of internal labor cost control.Secondly,through the theory of labor cost,the theory of internal labor cost is put forward,and the amount of internal labor cost is analyzed.Use PDCA cycle management system,value engineering,project management network management methods to analyze the internal labor costs.Next,this paper introduces the basic situation of relocation project of The Second Hospital Of Jilin University,the current situation of internal control of labor cost analysis from the management,special types of workers,internal workers.The three level control system relocation project company and the project department,team.Summed up the problems existing within the artificial relocation project and analyzes the reasons from two aspects of explicit and implicit labor costs.Once again,put forward the Countermeasures of the labor cost control within the relocation project,the use of PDCA circulation management system of internal control workers labor cost,labor cost control and use of value engineering special types of management personnel,using three level control system of internal labor cost OA collaboration platform.Finally,analyze the effect of artificial cost control within the relocation project,effectively solve many bad phenomena and problems of this project,and draws the corresponding conclusion.
