In recent years,with the progress of marketization of interest rate in our country,our country commercial bank of traditional business model is obvious impact,rely on the traditional LDR balance revenue model no longer exists,so each big commercial bank began to attempt to gain more profits for business innovation,in such a case,trade business arises at the historic moment.Trade business development can effectively merge securities,credit,currency,insurance and etc.Almost all of the financial system,separate operation in our country's environment,making it a creative vitality and development space of business.At the same time,trade business are complied with in the table of the off-balance sheet business market requirements,and optimize the assets structure,accelerate the assets turnover,as a result,Banks began to transition to join army trade business.Do business of trade,however,at the same time it still has many problems,such as trade business in short and long mode is easy to cause liquidity risk,commercial banks also exist many irregularities phenomenon avoid regulation,all these problems makes the trade business of commercial bank huge hidden risks,once problems will disrupt the stability of the financial system,systemic risk.In addition,the research on trade business of commercial bank in China is not many,mostly study its development situation,related research in specific Banks and financial markets,not many.The banks in China and foreign banks are very different,both in the development degree and the overall pattern all has the big difference,so the business of the same trade at home and abroad research remains to be deeper and more comprehensive research.Due to the trade business involves financial institutions,has a wide range,so the targeted research has more practical value for the development of trade business in China,has more significance.In this paper,by collating relevant theory and literature about trade business in our country,combing the domestic and foreign academic circles to the research concerning the trade business,and then expounds the characteristics of commercial Banks' business in China,classification,the cooperation pattern and etc.,analyze the present situation of the development of our country commercial bank with CEB as the research object of this article,its purpose is for CEB trade business in the development process problems and put forward countermeasures,the CEB and other financial institutions has more significance in the development of trade business.Through to the CEB from 2009 to 2015,annual report,and comparing with ICBC and CIB trade business,analysis of CEB of the development of trade business,mainly from the trade balance and structure,trade liabilities and structure,trade business income three levels for comparison and analysis.This paper found the CEB's problems exposed by the conducting trade business in basically has the following four aspects:one is falling return on assets,trade assets shrink;Second,it is the difference in trade business profitability and easy to be affected by interest rates;Third,serious product homogeneity,new business development dynamics is insufficient;Fourth,it is to trade non-standard business growth leads to a greater risk.In view of the analysis of the above problems,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to relevant information,including five aspects,namely to strengthen cooperation with foreign banks,expanding trade business market;Following the market changes,reduce spreads;Timely to strengthen internal risk control,regulate trade business operations;Develop risk management culture,strengthen trade business liquidity management;To overcome the competition pressure,strengthen product innovation.Through put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to promote the CEB and other financial institutions to the healthy development of trade business.
