Property income in China as a new concept,the first time by the general concern of the people from the report of the 17th National Congress of the "create conditions for more people to have property income".In the eighteen report,but also proposed to increase the number of residents of property income".Considering our national conditions,it is very important to improve the people's property income to expand the middle and high income groups and improve the people's livelihood and build a well-off society in an all-round way.At present,under the background of the socialist market economy system,the distribution system with the distribution according to work as the main body,and the coexistence of various modes of distribution have been formed.However,the proportion of property income of residents in our country is still low.At present,China has entered the decisive stage of building a well-off society.In the eighteen report on the proposed "do everything possible to increase income,we need to continue to deepen the reform of income distribution system,optimize the structure of income distribution,to realize people share the fruits of development,for building a well-off society to lay a solid foundation.Therefore,residents can continue to increase property income will naturally be highly concerned.However,how to increase the income of property?This is the real problem of rich people in the process of the realization of building a well-off society.The key to solve this problem is to understand the factors that affect the residents' property income".Considering the impact factors of the property income,to find out the factors influencing the existence of property income growth,the implementation of the property income of urban residents and the national area continued to increase,thus increasing the income of residents has very important significance.According to the 31 province of China's urban residents as the research object,discusses the property income and what factors,how to quantify these factors,and how to improve these factors to improve the residents' property income,so that people enjoy the benefits of economic growth.The article is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is introduction.This paper begins with the introduction of the research background,purpose and significance,and then summarized and influence factors of research literature related to property income was reviewed,and finally introduces the structure of the paper and the innovation and deficiencies;the second chapter is the characteristics of urban residents' property income.The first part introduces the definition and category of property income,the second part is the characteristics of the property income of urban residents in China,according to the inspection over the relevant data,through the method of table and comparative analysis respectively on the nationwide property income of urban residents and the eastern,central,Western and northeastern regions urban residents characteristics to show two major characteristics:one is the property income accounted for the lowest,but the fastest growth rate,the regional property income gap;the third chapter is China's urban residents' property income influence factor analysis.According to the existing literature summarized the influencing factors of urban residents' property income in China,will be able to summarize the influence factors of urban residents property income to select factors in the system of three levels,the first level is to influence factors;the second stage includes three aspects,respectively:the level of life,social environment,investment environment;three levels including 7 factors,respectively,per capita disposable income,household savings rate,the insurance depth and the real estate market,urbanization level,education investment,taxation;the fourth chapter is the empirical analysis part.In 31 provinces of our country as an example,according to the panel data model is established on the basis of relevant data,explore its influencing factors,and to give the explanation and conclusion of the results;the fifth chapter is the related countermeasures and suggestions of the author.Through the analysis of the above factors,we should improve these factors to improve the property income of urban residents in China,and put forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions.
