Coordination Degree Of Construction Land Scale Expansion With Socio-Economic Development In Longkou City

In recent years,with the acceleration process of regional urbanization in China,the scale of construction land has been constantly breaking through the planning.The extensive utilization method has made the development of social and economic growth present a downward trend,the speed of growth has slowed down obviously.In the period of rapid urbanization and industrialization,the development of social economy has transformed the expansion of construction land from strong dependence to weak dependence.There is a lack of synchronization in the development of the socio-economy and the scale of construction land.Studying on the overall coordination of construction land expansion and socio-economic development,finding breakthrough points for the healthy and sustainable development of the two systems,and exploring how to achieve the sustainable use of land resources while meeting the needs of socio-economic development is of great significance,and also provides a scientific basis for future land use policies.This study took Longkou City of Shandong Province as the research area,based on remote sensing images and socio-economic data,using object-oriented remote sensing image extraction,and GIS spatial analysis,in order to assess the socio-economic development level of Longkou City during 1985-2016,a model for the scale of expansion of construction land use and the coupling degree of socio-economic development was constructed.Evaluate the coupling degree of the two systems and analyze their evolution characteristics.Finally,put forward suggestions for promoting the coordinated development of the systems.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Analysis of construction land scale expansionFrom 1985 to 2005,the total area of construction land increased by 1,3355.0689 hm2,th e expansion area reached 667.7534 hm2 and the expansion rate was 7.75% annually.From 2005 to 2016,the construction land area has increased by 2075.9736 hm2,and the expansion rat e reached 207.5974 hm2 annually,and the expansion rate is 0.72% annually.The scale expansion of construction land as a whole showed a stage-by-stage upward trend of “rising-declining” repeatedly.In the rising stage(1985-1990,1995-2005,and 2010-2016),the added value of the scale expansion of construction land was 0.2197,0.4328,and 0.1262,and the average annual growth rates respectively were 16.19%,13.32%,and 4.40% annually.The degree of scale expansion of construction land shows a different rising degree at each stage,but the average annual growth rate gradually decreases.During the decline(1990-1995 and 2005-2010),the degree of scale expansion of construction land respectively decreased by 0.1662 and 0.1849,and the annual average rate of decline was 6.77% and 4.88%.(2)Evaluation of social and economic development levelThe overall level of socio-economic development has shown an overall upward trend.The comprehensive value of social and economic development levels in 1985-2000 has increased by 0.1956,with an average annual growth rate of 9.36%.The level of social and economic development has slightly increased from 2000 to 2016.The level increased by 0.4922,with an average annual growth rate of 9.80%.The social development index continued to grow.The social development index increased by 0.6178 from 1985 to 2005,with an average annual growth rate of 20.96%.The growth rate was relatively large.The social development index of Longkou City in 2010 was 0.7775,which was a decrease of 0.0123 compared with 2005.It rose to 0.8370 in 2016.The economic growth index as a whole showed an upward trend.The economic growth index increased by 0.0893 from 1985 to 2000,and the economic growth index increased by 0.7913 from 2000 to 2016,with an average annual growth rate of 46.41%.The eco-environment index fluctuated greatly,showing a “rising-falling-rebounding” trend.It increased by 0.1677 from 1985 to 2000,with an average annual growth rate of 2.07%.After the Longkou City Eco-environment Index reached the highest value of 0.7090 in 2000,it began to show a declining trend.In 2010,it reached the minimum value of 0.4455,a decrease of 0.2635,and the annual average rate of decline was 3.72%.In 2016,the eco-environment index rebounded to 0.5110.(3)Coordination evaluation between construction land scale expansion and socio-economic developmentExcept for the number of primary and middle school students and the growth rate of GDP,the scale of construction land and socio-economic development indicators were all significantly related to the significant level of 0.01 or 0.05.The coupling value between construction land scale expansion and the socio-economic development system remains above 0.9 in Longkou City,which is a high coupling level.The coordinated development degree of socio-economic development and construction land expansion showed an overall upward trend.In 1985,1990 and 1995,the coupling coordination scores of the systems were respectively 0.4410,0.5598,and 0.5524,and the degree of coordination was relatively low.From 2000 to 2016,the score of coupling coordination increased by 0.2092,and the average annual growth rate reached 2.10%.,and the coordinated development level has been developing in a good direction.Comprehensively analyze the trend of changes in the level of coordinated development between construction land scale expansion system and the socio-economic development system,and propose proposals for promoting coordinated development among systems,including strengthening urban and rural construction land remediation and management,and providing intensive land use;strengthening the implementation and revision of land-use planning and improving planning constraints and scientificity;Change the mode of economic development,further increase the efficiency of land use per unit;promote the intensive use of construction land,and optimize the coordination of the two systems.
