German Energy Steering Policy Research

German energy policy is in accordance with the characteristics of its own energy use and with the international energy market supply as well as climate protention issues.German energy policy saw profound changes in 2010/2011 with an “energy turn ” decision that decided to phase out nuclear power.Moreover,the decision vigorously promotes renewable energy use and technological research,one of the priorities of the German energy policy.This paper analyzes the current situation,the implementation and problems of Germany's energy transition policy from June 2011 to the end of 2012.At the same time,in this paper,the content of the German renewable energy policy and influence in detail,analyses the effect of these measures,and possibly to Germany of the impact of the development of renewable energy in the future.In December 2014,the German government announced the first the energy to progress report and two action plan-"2020 climate protection action plan" and "2014 national action plan for energy efficiency.Germany's energy transition aims at gradualy changing the traditional fosil and nuclear based energy supply systems to the renewable ones.The newest statement of energy transition was reflected in Energiewende which was put forward by the German government after the Fukushima nuclear acident on 11 March 2011,in which it states to quit nuclear power completely and puts forward energy goals til 2050.Viewing from present proces,Germany's energy transition has advanced acording to its aims,and the chalenges curently faced are mainly reflected in the conflicts betwen diferent objectives,and the rise of cost due to the early phase-out of nuclear power.The goals of Germany's energy transition is not only to insure energy security and sustainability but also to make sure the core competivenes of Germany through technological superiority in energy eficiency and renew-able energy exploration,which would lead the next round of global competition.This thesis plans to sample of the report and the development of German energy to policy achievements are briefly reviewed,and the resulting energy transformation enlightenment and reference to our country.
