With the rapid development of the Internet, the Internet has become an important way for individuals and small or medium-sized enterprises to raise funds without sufficient funds. It is a kind of research field which has a certain practical significance to study the factors influencing the financing progress of the project. It is helpful to help the funder to display and design their own projects better. In China, the network platform has also sprung up,which " Crowd-funding " platform is a comprehensive strength, high visibility of all the network platform. In this paper,we use java to capture some of the project information that has been successfully ended on the " Crowd-funding " platform. We use the WLS regression estimation method and the quantile regression estimation method to establish the multiple regression model.Combining the social capital theory,Factors are discussed in detail, the following conclusions are obtained:The types of projects have a certain impact on the progress of financing, including art and agriculture projects are more welcomed by investors. The presentation of the video on the homepage of the project shows the progress of the financing of the projects. The more the number of pictures on the home page, the more the number of updates, the more the number of projects supported, the higher the progress of the project. The higher the set of target funding, the lower the financing progress. The city where the project sponsors are located in Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou will be able to obtain more fundraising. The higher the number of reviews, the higher the funding progress of the project. The number of respondents focused on the median regression, and the 90% quantile regression model supported the hypothesis, while in the 10% quantile regression and the WLS regression model there was no significant effect on the progress of the project. There is no negative correlation between the distance of the city where the project sponsors are located and the financing progress of the project. In view of the above conclusions, this paper gives the relevant suggestions. The project sponsors should try to launch projects that are more of a concern and interest type according to their actual needs.Make a well-crafted project presentation video on the project's homepage and try to show the details of the project to potential investors,do not use too much length of the text description;Funders in the process of the project should be as much as possible the progress of project fundraising and other relevant progress in time to show the project update column;Set the project target financing amount reasonablely,do not set the amount too high,in the normal operation of their own projects under the conditions to minimize the amount of financing;Suggested that the project sponsor is located in the economically developed first-tier cities,to make full use of this geographical advantage, launched around the network of social relations;Project sponsors, should be as much as possible to increase the exchange and interaction with potential investors. In addition to the " Crowd-funding " platform itself, the fund should be more efficient and reasonable use of microblogging,WeChat and other social networking platform to improve the visibility of the project to attract more investors. At the same time, strengthen the financial industry risk supervision environment in our country, this paper starts with the results. The analysis concluded that we can raised the project type and the project sponsor city as regulatory indicators to reveal the risk, use the project home page, project page number of pictures and video projects update times as project quality measures to make " Crowd-funding " platform improve the overall average level of the project. Finally, this paper summarizes the shortcomings of this study and made a reasonable outlook.
