Research On The Equity-based Crowd-funding Platform Operation Mode Of CD Securities Company

Equity-based crowd-funding platform,is a combination of crowd-funding and the equity which is financing financial services website,mainly for start-ups and small and micro enterprises and investors matchmaking.As a new type of Internet financial model,all the equity-based crowd-funding platform due to its low threshold,fast and efficient and low cost of financing become to flourish in the world.Since2011,China's first equity-based crowd-funding platform which named angel raised its establishment and the domestic equity-based crowd-funding platform continue to emerge.However,due to the lack of compliance with the securities law and the company law of the regulatory requirements,on suspicion of illegal fund-raising,the equity-based crowd-funding platform have no legal status and the mode of operation is not yet mature.After more than three years of development,our country equity-based crowd-funding platform still exists many problems.Based on this,this article selects the foreign Angellist,Crowdcube,ASSOB and domestic Angelcrunch,dajiatou platform as the research object and in-depthly analyze the operating mode and mechanism of the equity-based crowd-funding platform.This article specifically analyzes the feasibility of the CD securities company's specific situation analysis of the implementation of its equity to raise public platform.And according to the specific circumstances of the operation of the platform at home and abroad,this paper design the suitable operating mode for CD securities company.Through the in-depth study of this paper,it can provide some reference for other companies to raise the platforms and other similar platforms.
