Study On Production Efficiency Improvements Strategy Of SF Co.,LTD

Through the research to many of China's furniture manufacturers and suppliers,most of the furniture enterprises are small handicraft workshops and management mode,which does not have a clear target of management system and production management.Moreover,business leaders are starting from the benefit of enterprise,lack of scientific management methods,but did not realize the importance of production management,the enterprise needs to improve the production efficiency,and the traditional approach is to add the costs,which brings great pressure to the enterprise funds.Therefore,how to achieve greater profits with less investment is an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper,SF enterprises is taken as the object of research.Through the analysis of the production efficiency of the enterprise SF analysis and the influencing factors,that enterprises are facing many problems in terms of production efficiency,these problems have a direct impact on the development and upgrading of enterprises in the future.Therefore,the enterprise executives hope to solve the problems faced by enterprises through a specialized production efficiency improvement program.This program should consider the production efficiency from the enterprise reality,the enterprise's current production situation,personnel and production management system is optimized,so as to realize the production management more scientific and reasonable,and ultimately improve the production efficiency of enterprises to SF.The main research process and research contents are discussed in detail below.(1)In the background investigation phase,through the literature method,the relevant background of the paper and the existing domestic and foreign research results were investigated,and the final research results as the basis for follow-up research support.(2)In the stage of theoretical research,in order to make the research more scientific and reasonable,this paper introduce the research and application of industrial engineering theory,efficiency theory,production process optimization theory and 5S management theory,the theory is the basis of research.The method of combining theory with practice is applied,and the specialized theory is applied to the subject research.(3)In the diagnostic stage,this paper analyzes the SF enterprise raw material utilization,equipment utilization,personnel labor productivity and cost output ratio,from these fouraspects to diagnose SF production efficiency problems.(4)In the factor analysis stage,according to the four aspects of the content of this stage of diagnosis,analysis of each of the factors,the author first analyzes the factors that influence the rate of raw materials,and then analyzes the influencing factors of equipment and personnel,finally analyzes the factors influencing the cost of production.(5)In the promotion strategy construction stage,the enterprise can improve the production efficient from raw materials,equipment,personnel,as well as cost output ratio.In the implementation of the program,it also needs to cooperate with the relevant implementation measures,such as salary management,performance management measures and so on.From the point of view of integrating theory with practice,the research project provides a sound promotion strategy for SF enterprise production efficiency.This study provides a theoretical reference for the production management and production efficiency improvement of private manufacturing enterprises.And this scheme can not only solve the problem facing to Shenyang SF enterprise can also provide reference for China's small and medium-sized private enterprises,and it can also promote tthe continuous development of the production efficiency management in the workshop field.
