Research On Optimization Efficiency Of Production Line In S Enterprise Based On IE Technology

Flexible production capacity is the key of modern automobile manufacturingenterprises, especially with the arrival of the economic globalization, mass productionis being replaced gradually by the mode of production with a feature of small batchand short delivery time. The core competence of the modern manufacturing enterprisewill be reflected in the ability to adapt to the changes, especially the abilities ofbalancing the production efficiency, the cost and the quality. How to reduce costs andensure the quality while meeting the needs of manufacturing enterprises of all formsof mass production is one of the main goals of modern manufacturing. The purpose ofthis study is to explore how to meet the needs of improving production efficiency,reduce production cost and ensure the quality of the comprehensive requirementsthrough the overall improvement of the enterprise.This research is proposed for manufacturing enterprise production efficiencyoptimization mainly from an angle of the whole enterprise, diagnose problems andputs forward improvement measures with the application of industrial engineeringtechnology and method, and at the same time improve enterprise site managementlevel with the use of a5S management technology.This article first introduces the background and the significance of the use of IEtechnology to improve the production efficiency, secondly, describes the origin,application and development trend of the domestic and foreign IE, thirdly, introducesten related theory of basic IE. Finally, this paper take some company of Liuzhou as anexample to describe present situation of the production line, to diagnose problems withthe use of fish bone chart method in the production line, to put forward suggestions onthe enterprise layout, process, operation and the improvement of site managementwith the application of the thoughts and methods based on IE, and to evaluate theeffect of improvement.
