FEICHI SOFTWARE.LTD which is an equipment manufacturing enterprise,faces with the changes in the business environment and competition from both international and domestic market. Only by attaching more importance to human resource management and evaluating human resource scientifically in practice, can they improve the human resource management and make sure that the enterprise can get all kinds of talents they need. The talented person echelon construction, the quality and quantity and the structure and configuration of human resource which match the development of enterprise and the resource can help enhance the competition power and gain competitive advantages in the fierce competition and finally achieve sustainable development.This thesis uses the theories of human resource management and theories and methods of management to analyze the business environment and the state of human resource management and design a questionnaire on the efficiency of FEICHI SOFTWARE.LTD.Through interview and investigation we can analyze the efficiency of human resource management from the aspects of employee’s self-perception, work environment, the efficiency of organization,salary structure benefits,efficiency management,the development of profession career, innovation and direct management. And then we find the existing problems and analyze the causes. We construct an evaluation system for the efficiency of human resource management and fuzzy level evaluation model. We use the information which we get from investigation to evaluate the efficiency of human resource management of FEICHI SOFTWARE.LTD combining theory with practice. Based on this, from the perspective of sustainable construction strategy, we draw out countermeasures to improve the level of human resource management of FEICHI SOFTWARE.LTD from the aspects of establishing scientific concept of human resource management and multidimensional training system, implementing human resource management strategy, building enterprise information management platform, establishing multiple encouragement models and so on. |
