From 1986 to 1986,the Chinese television public service ads through 30 years of history.Television public service ads in China started relatively late,and in China’s political,economic and cultural environment,television public service ads plays an extremely important role in contemporary society,in the moral construction of society and promote the harmonious development of society and plays an irreplaceable unique value and function.At present,the academic study of television public service ads still inadequate,the television public service ads subject research is very scarce.In this paper,from 1986 to 2016,the change of Chinese television public service ads subject as the research object,this paper expounds the formation and social background of the development of the television public service ads,Divided into three stages: development,maturation and boom,and sums up the direction of Chinese television public service ads subject change,a return to traditional moral,traditional culture color and bright,focus on the social hot spots,national policy and service is more and more attention to people’s livelihood,theme populist.However,from the study of Chinese television public service ads subject change in we will find that,chinese television public service ads on the topic selection of some practical problems,they are almost the same story mode,with the same kind of rhythm expression,at the same time the lack of attention to the theme of life details and things,the similar feeling or similar height,lack of lively and clever,Innovative creative work is rare.But now because of television public service ads on the topic is the presence of so many problems,We can know subject will become cultural level and creative level,the technique of expression is becoming more and more diversified,in the way more relevant to the livelihood of the people on the basis of the actual pay attention to the selected topic,detailed attention to minorities.
