| Welfare system has been the important problems of social construction,accompanied by the history of reform and opening up 30 years,our country has experienced a transition from Dan Wei welfare to social welfare.Under the dual influence of political economic system and social management system,Dan Wei welfare has always been the focus of academic research.Academic research on Dan Wei welfare is based on Dan Wei system and work unit society.Dan Wei system is a social management system of the planned economy period,work unit society is the social form based on this.Dan Wei system and work unit society as a unique system phenomenon have played a very important role in the development of C hinese economy and society,which has also become the starting point for the analysis of changes in C hina's social structure.The establishment and dissolution of the work unit society has led to a series of chain changes within the state-owned enterprises.Dan Wei welfare as the most unique system in work unit society is bound to a corresponding mutation.Attempting to focus on this,this article discusses the transformation of Dan Wei welfare function.which put the sociology and social development as a background.During the work unit society,Dan Wei welfare is mainly as a survival of the welfare system exists,its function is focused on protecting the basic lives of members of society.With the disintegration of the work unit society and the rise of the market economy,all-round Dan Wei welfare gradually becomes a heavy burden of Dan Wei organization,so the Dan Wei welfare also has a corresponding change,in the process of restructuring the state-owned enterprises.After this reform,the function of Dan Wei welfare gradually changed to enhance staff's encouragement and development,so we should also pay attention to the construction of Dan Wei welfare,which has c hanged the function.This paper makes a choice of changes in the function of Dan Wei welfare and selects the view from dominant function to recessive function.Through the field investigation of Z enterprise,I found this is more comprehensive and illustrative,it can hook out the entire historical background of development about the Dan Wei welfare.This paper includes five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,discussing the reason and research background of the paper.The second chapter is the literature review,combing the related research about Dan Wei and Dan Wei welfare.The third chapter introduces the origin,formation and function orientation of Dan Wei welfare.This part mainly discusses the relationship between the special economic with social development stage and the main purpose of the guaranteed function of welfare.This relationship becomes the main basis of distinguishing dominant function and recessive function of Dan Wei welfare.The fourth chapter mainly introduces the reform of Dan Wei welfare and the transformation of function.The focus is to highlight the evolution of function from the dominance to the recessiveness.The fifth chapter takes the current social phenomenon as the breakthrough point and analyse the insufficiency of the transformation of Dan Wei welfare function and the neglect of the importance of Dan Wei welfare.Considering the reform of the state-owned enterprise welfare system,combing with the welfare function,which makes the logic of research more complete. |
