Oil is the blood of the industry.In national economic construction,people's life and all other fields have an important position.In recent years,along with the domestic market economy,the marketization process of domestic refined oil transportation industry is accelerating.To reduce the cost of oil,the advanced project of oil transportation management is an important part.The oil has been concerned from the enterprise and industry decision makers.At the same time,it also provides a broad space for the development of oil distribution.The development of oil transportation project management is invested as an example about the CNOOC Zhanjiang branch.At the same time,to achieve high efficiency and the distribution of scientific,the reasonable design is presented by reducing product oil logistics cost.In order to increase profits and improve income,the market competitiveness is the most powerful way.The management of refined oil transportation project is discussed.The characteristics of China's refined oil transportation are analyzed.The multimodal transportation mode of oil transportation system has been constructed.The system model of oil warehouse location has been established.The intelligent algorithm is used to solve the optimal value.Secondly,based on the traditional genetic algorithm is easy to fall into local optimum.A genetic particle swarm algorithm is proposed in this paper.The particle and adaptive inertia weight are improved,respectively.Meanwhile,the multimodal distribution and oil warehouse location model are established.It is found that the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm can overcome the problem that the standard particle swarm optimization algorithm is easy to fall into local optimum by Simulink.And,it has a strong ability to find the optimal capacity,which has a guiding role for multimodal transport and oil depot location.Finally,based on the mode of transport and multimodal transport is analyzed(e.g.the Zhanjiang branch of oil).The oil warehouse location is researched by using the optimization of distribution,transportation,distribution,oil depots and other measures.The oil distribution is fully considered.It can be unified optimization.The purpose of this paper is to reduce the force diagram of product oil logistics cost and improve the economic benefit.The content has a certain reference in the management application of actual product oil transportation project.
