| In recent years,with China’s labor wages and welfare levels,environmental protection and utilization of the input scale,technological progress from imitation to independent innovation-based learning costs continue to rise,the original economic growth core competitiveness advantage is disappearing,improve the factor productivity,reduce costs,promote industrial product transformation and upgrading,to achieve economic “upgrading efficiency” is particularly urgent.Sichuan as a strategic high ground in western China,is also facing the problem of increasing external demand,weak domestic demand and supply constraints of factor resources,resource mismatch,supply and demand imbalance and other contradictions continue to escalate,switching the power of economic development has also entered a difficult period.To solve these problems,the CPC clearly proposed to improve the total factor productivity to reconstruct the new impetus of economic growth.The purpose is to open up the element flow and reconfigure the channel,so that enhancing the overall economic quality benefits.Howerver,Sichuan’s total factor productivity is not efficient,the quality is not excellent,lack of power and other issues,how to measure the development of the status quo and the internal structure of the multi-dimensional,deep-seated its influencing factors,so that all-round optimization of all-factor productivity to enhance the path has become a top priority.Therefore,this paper intends to analyze the present situation of total factor productivity and its index decomposition of Sichuan,and find out the main factors that restrict the improvement of total factor productivity,and provide a realistic path for improving the total factor productivity in all directions.Compared with the previous studies,this paper try to make some breakthroughs.methods and analytical techniques.In the research perspective and method,with the inherent mechanism of the improvement of the total factor productivity as the fulcrum,the comprehensive use of a variety of cutting-edge analysis of te chnical models,to take a cross-disciplinary cross-fusion research methods to reve al the evolution of Sichuan’s total factor productivity.In the analysis of technolog y,the whole factor productivity promotion and economic development as an orga nic whole,so as to build a full-scale analysis of the total factor productivity to enhance the driving mechanism,Which provides a feasible way to realize the tot al factor productivity in Sichuan,and further enriches the research field of total factor productivity,which has important theoretical and practical value.This paper consists of six chapters.The first chapter mainly expounds the background significance of the research,the research status quo at home and abroad,and expounds the research program,including the thinking goal,the research content,the key problems and the innovation to be solved.The second chapter is a profound summary of the relevant economic theory,elaborated the concept of total factor productivity and its internal mechanism.The third chapter is based on the modified Solow model to dynamically calculate the total factor productivity of Sichuan,and then analyzes the characteristics of Sichuan’s total factor productivity evolution.The fourth chapter is based on DEA-malmquist model,depth of the study of technological progress,technical efficiency,scale effect and so on after the decomposition of total factor productivity index in Sichuan,analyzes the changes of the relevant indexes of 21 cities and five economic zones in Sichuan Province.In the fifth chapter,the paper analyzes the total factor productivity of Sichuan in terms of dynamic conditions and realistic constraints,and further clarifies the opportunities and challenges of total factor productivity.The sixth chapter puts forward the realistic way to improve the total factor productivity of Sichuan from the aspects of factor allocation mechanism,factor flow,factor allocation efficiency and factor resource opening. |
