The Adjustment Of Industrial Structure And The Goal Of Urban Development Of Wuhu

The starting point of this article is the adjustment of industrial structure of Wuhu since the reform and opening up.This article is based on the collection and arrangement of theoretical basis about the evolution and adjustment of industrial structure.And at the same time,it is based on the analyse of the reasons,process and influencing factors of the adjustment of industrial structure.During the 13th Five-Year Plan of Wuhu,Wuhu is the part of the Yangtze river economic zone and one of the Emerging strategic industrial city.This paper discusses the mutual influence between the adjustment of industrial structure and the development goal of Wuhu.Wuhu,one of the four largest rice markets in ancient China,has now become an important regional center city and the sub-regional central city of Anhui Province in Politics,economy,culture and comprehensive transportation.Meanwhile,Wuhu is one of the three major tourist city of Anhui Province.Wuhu is the member of the key open cities along the Yangtze River approved by the State Council,Wanjiang City belt to undertake industrial transfer demonstration zone core city,the Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration,the Nanjing metropolitan area,the Hefei metropolitan area and the member of He-Wu-Beng independent innovation testing district.Wuhu is the leading city in Anhui Province along the Yangtze River and the important position of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River and it becomes more prominent.Wuhu has formed four pillar industries the which were automobile and parts,materials,household appliances,wire and cable and High-end equipment manufacturing,electronic information,energy saving and environmental protection,new materials,the four major strategic emerging industries.The city's economy maintained a good momentum of structural optimization,steady and rapid development.At the same time,Wuhu is the country which implemented the strategy of innovation-driven development in early time.In 2004,Wuhu became one of the first batch of 15 national technology innovation demonstration cities.The government has been focusing on institutional innovation and technological innovation and strengthen the main body of enterprise,innovation carrier,the integration of production and learning and research.This period of time,the city emerged industry,science and technology,reform and talent results.Significant progress has been made in the development of high-tech enterprises,the strategic alliance of industrial technology innovation,the service platform for independent innovation,and the team of innovative talents.It can be said that the adjustment of industrial structure in Wuhu,and Wuhu urban development goals are mutually complementary to each other.In different time node of Wuhu,it have a specific period of industrial structure and urban development orientation.This article argues that there is a very closely related and mutually modified coexistence of adjustment of urban industrial structure and urban development goals.Urban development goals will always reflect the characteristics of the city's industrial structure,and the adjustment of the industrial structure will affect the transformation and adjustment of urban development goals.We can get the conclusion of this article.According to the characteristics of the times and economic environment,urban industrial structure and the goals of urban development are complementary.The adjustment of the industrial structure of the city should reflect the development goal of the city and optimize the direction of industrial structure adjustment with the guideline of urban development.The adjustment of urban industrial structure and the goal of urban development can affect each other.They jointly promote the steady development of Wuhu in a rapidly changing global economic environment.
