Industrial Development In Northwest Suburban Empirical Research

As the concentrated expression of major socio-economic activities of mankind of one region, industrial structure reflect the economic development level and overall strength of the region; and as the hinterland of urban economic development in the interior areas, the evolution of the industrial structure sort of suburban areas process and the direction of development.The purpose of this paper is to proceed from the reality based industrial development and from domestic and international research on the theory of industrial structure in light of the results, to analyse Baqiao District industrial restructuring of the obstacles and problems. Through the in-depth analysis of the internal structure of three industries of Baqiao District, we can further realize the internal structural problems of the industrial structure, and it makes the next step in adjusting of the industrial structure and puts forward strategic direction adjustment policies of the industrial structure and measures, and to promote economic development of Baqiao District. The main conclusions and results are as follows:1. With the exposition of the suburbanization, suburbanization and urban basic concept and analysis of the study area defined and difference of the suburbanization at home and abroad, the paper is to expatiate theory of the traditional industrial structure,to analysis and study of the contemporary industrial structure progress and the international affected and associated with mechanisms of industrial structure, clarify theoretical basis with the regional industrial restructuring relations.2. It is to analyze the development of Baqiao District in the mass, from the theory of city, suburbanization and regional industry structure, to confirm the economic development dynamical mechanism of Baqiao District, and point that the highway of transport infrastructure is the biggest affecting factor in Baqiao District, using Cobb-Douglas model for this confirmed, The results show highway of ring city along the Baqiao District of the national economy significantly facilitated.3. It is to analysis of the Baqiao District in Xi'an overall industrial development of the situation, combined with a simple weighted analysis and economic ties degree with industrial structure classification and comparison of Baqiao District. In order to more deeply understand industrial restructuring the inherent problems of Baqiao District, also in-depth analysis of the industry Baqiao District internal structure, the results shows industrial structure of Baqiao District in evolutionary process although exist small deviations, basically according with rule of the development of industry in China..4. Anglicizing the obstacles in cooperation and the whole process of growing up during the readjustment of the industrial structure existing in Baqiao District, it advances the main contents, breakthrough, areas of emphasis of industrial restructuring. It to form logical dominant industry based on natural resource predominance and economic development predominance, to establish characteristic industrial structure system, promoting the regional elements of production optimization, formed a long-chain of industry development, to achieve coordinated regional development, to make Baqiao District becoming the most dynamic economy region of Xi'an city.
