| China's economy steps into the "new normai" phase,innovation will be the key driver for future development.It has become an urgent affairs about how to shift China's economic growth mode from extensive to intensive and how to boost the economic development at its root.Scholars have pointed out that the best solution for this question is the development and the application of the science and technology,high tech industry and high tech talents become the key of the whole transition.How effectively to achieve high technology industry development,has become the important ways of China's transiticonal period to optimize the economic structure and economic growth.However,high technology industry development cannot leave the agglomeration of high-tech talent.So,it is very urgent to make effectively evaluation of the current situation of high-tech talent,and identify the high-tech talent agglomeration effects on high technology industry cluster.There are many researches on talent agglomeration and industry cluster in academia,but combine the two overlapping comprehensive study of literature is a handful.Considering the different degree of industry demand for talent,the focus of this paper will research the high technology industry,try to use the qualitative and quantitative analysis method for scientific measure of the high-tech talents agglomeration and high technology industry cluster and the relationship between the deep quantitative analysis,in order to make up for the shortage of the existing research.As the research show:(1)In mainland China high-tech talents agglomeration and high technology industries cluster are relatively low,and there are obvious regional differences,economically developed eastern coastal areas both high-tech talents converging and high technology industries agglomeration level were significantly higher than the Midwest.The different high technology industry has a different segment concentration level,in addition to the medicine and medical equipment manufacturing industry,aerospace and equipment manufacturing,electronics and communications equipment manufacturing and computer and office equipment manufacturing agglomeration level is relatively high;Compared in terms of the middle area,Shanxi,Sichuan and other western regions with the characteristics of high technology industry to obtain a higher level of agglomeration.(2)whether it is analyzed from the national level or regional level,the high-tech talents agglomeration to the high-tech industry cluster has always maintained a very significant positive influence;The control variable policy environment and asset agglomeration of high-tech industrial agglomeration plays a significant impact,openness and degree of convenient transportation factors for the specific role of the high-tech industry agglomeration varies from area to area. |
