The Subway,as representative of urban rail transit can effectively serve people travelling,and achieve the goal of intensive-urban-land-development.So that many cities in our country have been developing it.Although it brings a lot of external benefits,the rail transportation also makes local government facing with the problem of huge capital investment.In order to ensure the sustainable development of urban rail transit,the local government,relevant departments and subway companies are paying much attention to its commercial resources development.Firstly,this paper summed up the key success factors of metro business resources based on the analysis of metro commercial resources development mode ofHongkong?Shenzhen and Montreal.Secondly,this paper puts forward the necessity of constructing an efficient business model in Fuzhou through "PEST" analysis of Fuzhou metro business resources development.On this basis,this paper puts forward the development model of "metro ecosphere",expounds its theoretical basis,analyzes its operation ideas.At the same time,the paper analyzes the connotation,advantages and disadvantages of the "metro ecosystem" and profit model.Finally,the paper discusses the commercial resources situation and development mode of Fuzhou "Metro Ecosystem" according to the example of the Fuzhou Subway line 6.It emphatically analyzes the TOD mode,the PPP mode and returns of Fuzhou "Metro Ecosystem" in the hope of improving the developing ability of Fuzhou subway commercial resources,re-feeding the investment party and the operation company of the Subway,improving the profitability of the Subway company to achieve the sustainable development of urban rail transit.
