The Research On The Strategic Layout And Economic Effect Of Alibaba Business Ecosphere

With the rapid development of Internet technology,"Internet Plus" becomes a national strategy,competition in the e-commerce industry intensified.As a household name,Alibaba is the leading enterprise of e-commerce.After 20 years development and growth,it has become the representative of e-business model in China.Facing the fierce industry competition,Alibaba has initially completed its own business ecosystem.Alibaba relies on its comprehensive layout and business diversification,with e-commerce as the core,supported by Ali-pay plat form Alibaba Cloud and Big Data Computing,covering online and offline life services,Financial Management,Health Care,Music&Game,Education,and other all-round huge business ecosphere.It has played an important role in all aspects of social life.The strategic layout and economic effect of Ali ecosphere are worthy of our in-depth study.Through case study,this paper attempted to analyze the strategic construction of the "integrated and expanded" business ecosystem,motivation and the economic effect of strategic layout on enterprise value.Firstly,the article combed the background of the e-commerce industry,analyzed competitors,and made a summary of the industry.Secondly,it systematically introduced the general situation,organizational structure and ownership structure of Alibaba Group.In detail,the construction process of Ali Ecosphere is sorted out into five stages.On this basis,the paper analyzed Ali’s four major business sectors.The research focus on core resource,"market requirement,network effect,Synergistic effect"innovation,and "balance,acceleration,updates" three mechanisms.This paper refines the layout model of Internet enterprise ecosphere,and studies the strategic risk.Through six financial indicators,three non-financial indicators analysis of the economic effects,it drew conclusions and made suggestions.The conclusions include:the hexagonal strategic layout of "integrated and expanded"enterprise ecosphere,the acceleration mechanism of "large middle stage and small front stage" is a double-edged sword,and the positive economic effect of the strategic layout of Ali’s business ecosphere is gradually emerging.Suggestions include:improve quality and efficiency,attach great importance to the integration of resources within the circle;prevent and control risks,continuously upgrade and complete self-renewal;foster compound management and technical advantages.Finally,the paper analyzed the new challenges and opportunities in the face of Novel Coronavirus.
