F Group Financing Optimization Working Capital Program Research

Money is like the blood of the enterprise,which is an indispensable resource for the enterprise.Working capital management is a kind of daily management of short-term working capital,which focus on accounts receivable,accounts payable,and inventory.The core objective of working capital management is to improve asset turnover efficiency,reduce working capital occupation.Today working capital management is always an integral part of the enterprise's core competitiveness.Although the development of China's real estate industry is not too long,but after experiencing rapid development,it slowly enters the deceleration cycle.Especially under the current new economic normal and macro-economic control,real estate companies feel tremendous pressure.It is obvious that extensive mode of growth in the past is not sustainable.Companies need to improve management efficiency within all efforts and enhance competitiveness.The working capital management is the ability of real estate enterprises which must enhance.Firstly,this paper reviews and summarizes basic knowledge of working capital and financing.And then taking F Group for example,through a detailed analysis of the problems of working capital for the F Group,we proposed receivables,payments,inventory optimization ideas and designs specific optimization.In terms of how to optimize accounts receivable by financing,this paper designs down payment loans,factoring,mortgage and other financing optimization programs.In how to optimize accounts payable by financing,this paper designs commercial notes,factoring and other financing programs.In order to optimize inventories by financing,the article gives some advice,such as finance leaseback besides down payment loans.The implementation of these programs will enhance the F Group working capital management capabilities,which is also expected to provide some reference for other real estate companies.
