Research On Investment Risk Control Of Private Enterprises

With the rapid development of the national economy and the acceleration of the reform process,the role of private enterprises in China's economy has become more and more important,and private enterprises have become the most dynamic part of the national economy.They play an irreplaceable role in promoting the transformation of the mode of economic growth and development,implementing the national strategy of independent innovation and promoting employment,as well as an important driving force for scientific and technological progress.In recent years,private enterprises continuously optimize their own internal development environment,and seek sustainable development.But for many reasons,the development of private enterprises is still faced with a variety of complex risks,affecting the sustainability of private enterprises.Among them,the financial risk is particularly prominent,and avoiding financial risks has become a realistic problem that private entrepreneurs must face,in which the control and management of investment risk is an important component of their financial risk management.For private enterprises,if we want to achieve long-term development,we must strengthen the control of enterprise investment risk.When the investment of the enterprise faces greater risk,if it does not take effective measures to control it,there will be financial crisis,which will affect the survival and development of the enterprise.My research object is a private enterprise in Anhui Province,namely A group company,studied the financial risk control of the company,the enterprise operating in the process of how to control the investment risk is explored,which has certain reference significance of foreign investment of private enterprises.This paper begins with the theory of private enterprise investment and institutional background are introduced.Secondly,analysis of the operating characteristics and the investment risk of private enterprises is discussed,and puts forward the risk control measures of private investment.Finally,through the analysis of financial and operational status of the A company's financial report,through the analysis of investment income,the Z-score identification,A may exist in the investment activities of the financial risk.There are some problems in A company's financial processing,through the investigation we can find that the company's high debt ratio,debt financing funds,cash flow less,faster expansion brings tension in the capital,the development of enterprises for the subsequent buried liquidity risk hidden danger.The financial data of A company,the cost in the management and marketing of more funds,butthe revenue is not obvious growth,this shows that there are some flaws in the company's management structure,resource allocation is not reasonable,which is not conducive to the company for internal control.Enterprise investment risk is inevitable,but can control the investment risk,the company's situation is different,the investment risk is different,the investment risk can cause losses to the enterprise,also for the company to achieve profitability.Combined with the characteristics of A company,the author puts forward the optimization organization design,the investment risk warning system construction and the investment risk control measures.
