The Substantial Research On The Private Enterprise Investment And The Development Of The Private Capital Economic

The investment is the source of economic development. They have a reciprocal impact and progress on each other. Different quantity and structure of investing have a different contribution to the economic development. At the same time, the different period of economy development depends on different quantity and structure of investing. We have taken the actual circumstance of private enterprise in Hebei as substantial foundation. Basing on them, we have studied the development of the private enterprise in Hebei.This paper has studied the investment and the development of Hebei private enterprise, it is structured by six sections. Section 1 introduced the background and its meaning, research methodology and data sources, and the definitions of relative concepts; Western theory of investment and economic development was reviewed in section 2, which aimed to make theoretical pavement for the study and provided relative experience for optimizing investment of private enterprises. In section3, empirical analysis using statistics was provided to disclose the investment of Hebei private enterprises. In section4, an econometric model was set up to study the relationship between economic of private enterprises and the investment of capital, humane. Section 5 explored the investment of capital and humane from the industry investment and the district investments, Section 6 concluded the paper and gives relative policy suggestions to optimize investment of private enterprises.The conlusions of this paper are mainly as follows. Firstly, the quantity of invest has developed quickly, and the capital efficiency has promoted, but there were disparity comparing to the developed region. Secondly, labor is superiority to the other product factor in private enterprise, We must utilize completely. Thirdly, the private enterprise is fasten on the second industry, but the third industry had potential development. Fourthly, because of difference in location and resource, the private enterprises have more develop in "Yixian" than "Nanxiang" and "Beixiang".According to above concussions, the policy should be as follow: Firstly, increasing capital devotion, improving efficiency; Secondly, enhancing labor and human devotions. Thirdly, accelerating the location development assort to industry development.
