With the rapid economic development and the continuous improvement of living standards,whether it is urban residents or the living standards of rural residents or consumer attitudes are undergoing earth-shaking changes.Dairy products are no longer as people gifts but has become the majority of family life important marketing products,its demand is gradually increasing,to a certain extent,to promote the rapid development of China's dairy industry.Dairy industry,the rapid development and maturity of the same time,enterprises are facing increasingly fierce market competition,the face of market competition,how to develop enterprise marketing strategy for enterprises to expand the market share of products become the primary issue of enterprise development.Peace Dairy mainly produces pure milk,yogurt,milk drinks,lactic acid bacteria drinks,plant protein drinks 5 series of more than 40 kinds of products,is the largest liquid milk production base in Bengbu.Peace Dairy as Bengbu City,the local old brand,but should be combined with new marketing tools.In this paper,the marketing strategy of peaceful dairy products as the research object,to determine the research content and research methods,the use of marketing theory and other related knowledge of the peaceful dairy macro marketing environment and the industry environment,and from 7ps on the peaceful marketing strategy of the status quo Analysis,the current peace of the dairy marketing strategy in the existing problems,and through the intervention of new marketing ideas,derived peace marketing strategy optimization.Based on the analysis of the marketing environment of the peaceful dairy industry,this paper systematically constructs the marketing strategy of the peaceful dairy industry and provides reference and inspiration for the formulation and promotion of other enterprise marketing strategies.This article in the survey because the understanding of the enterprise has not been particularly thorough,and can not find the reasons for the business in the status quo;at the same time because the individual is not the internal staff of the reasons,may be in the survey results are biased,hope that experts understand.
